-
Great service. Had three minor things that needed done. Service showed up on time, got it done quick, was "friendly " so there is truth in the name. And best yet, was reasonably priced.

They do not work by the hour, but by the job. While glue was drying for 30 minutes I said lets fix this and that and each item was a $75.00 to $100 job while waiting on site. So in one hour if they do 5 services at $100.00 each it's a $500.00 hour

This is a great company!! The employees have been in this business a long time and have a lot of experience. They “cleaned up” another company’s work for me and haven’t had a problem with the repair since. Also dependable and on time-very professional. Came to my home on short notice during a water emergency. This is my goto plumbing company!

Do Not call this ‘plumber’ with shady business practices.
So, I called these guys.1st, guy came 3:05 pm when the appointment was 2 p.m. Then, the guy goes straight to the problem and starts to fiddle with the plug. He then says ‘after 3:30, we go to the double rate and the work looks like it’d take 4 hours.’ By this time it is 3:15. So, he gives me his view of what needs to happen. So, I stated that I was not
Told about the double after 3:30. He then says he could come back the next day. So, by this time, I let him out of the house and say good bye. So, he puts 2:30-3:30 and says he ‘has to give me this invoice or he’d get introuble. So, he also says he ‘could put that I didnt sign it and leave since I was telling him he didn’t come to the house at 2:30.
He claims that he is charging me for the distance he drove to my house. He then says to call the office that he knows nothing about the deal. I call the office and they had me on hold for a long while and lost the call. So, I get a call about a month later with a threatening voicemail from a ‘Paul’ saying ‘ he’d put a lien on my house, his lawyer will call me, that the bill is 110 dollars and he’d see me in court.’
So much for a ‘friendly’ right!
These crooks are crooks. No need to call these people who will send a pay chart through an email saying that if my house was the 1st house they visited in the morning, they’d charge fee for it being the first sight. But the guy didn’t even want to be there.
The least these ppl could have done was to at least charge a fee to me. The invoice the incompetent plumber wrote was not even a bill. It was a story. Then, I get the threatening call harassing me to court and lawyer and putting a Leon on my house. -
Today I needed service asap and they got it done. I ended up needing a new water heater (mine was over 18 years old). I had a heavy leak out of nowhere from the top. They got me a new one installed same day. Jose was very professional and kept me informed even before making loud noises and updated on his progress so I would know the time frame until completion. 5 star employee for sure!!
UPDATE: cut wire...no hot water and keeps tripping breaker. Waiting on 3rd visit, 2nd time here today! -
This is the first time ever writing a review of a business. I tried to resolve my issues with the owner without any resolution. I want to worn others of the absolute horrible experience I received installing a water heater. The tech was "friendly" I was not given a price and I accept responsibility for not making sure I had this before the work started. This was obviously a big mistake. The tech showed up with a helper and they took 3 hours to install the water heater. They spent most of the time chatting in the driveway. This was on my time and costing more money which I was unaware of and couldn’t imagine that they would be that irresponsible. They proceeded to take a large piece of wood out of antique door and stained carpets while removing the old water heater. There was also a cracked new water pan placed under the water heater rendering it useless. Never bringing any of this to my attention, only for me to find out after the fact. The cost was $880 for just installation. I reached out to Ron Fair the owner to discuss my concerns. He could care less.. he had no intention of making this right after I reached out several times to avoid it having to get to the point of me having to write a poor review. Which I highly oppose because I support small business. However, I do think it's important to warn others.
