It was a great pleasure to shop at Ferguson Plumbing today. I just wish I started there, it would have saved me time and stress

I seriously doubt I will ever shop this location or company again. They have inexperienced people working the pro sales counter who cannot spell nor knowledge of how to use the sales computer.

Personal was polite and professional. The store didn't have the item we need but they gave us enough information to get it on line.

I have used Ferguson Enterprise all over the United States and I was in the waters location today and had a great response from the counter sales staff , gabriel,Jerrod,Jean,Adam and Jake were a awesome team ,one of the best stores I have ever been in , ferguson Enterprise should be proud and very thankful for that team of employees they are a very knowledgeable and helpful group of employees thank you for putting together such a great team be proud of the way they handle your business and customers

Ive used this location for over 10 year yeas and lately it seems like they just dont care anymore. Late deliveries multiple times in a row now causing me to lose business. Trying to talk to someone in the store gets you nowhere. They have turned into a middleman instead of my go to for plumbing parts.

I’ve been to other places before and a friend recently referred me to Ferguson, I’m a homeowner and without even having to ask, one of your employees at the counter, his name is George was quick to help me out and honestly I can say without a doubt that was some of the best customer service I’ve had.

Walked in and a technician had solved our problem in minutes compared to no help at Home depot and 2 hours wandering around the store piece-mealing a solution that didn't work. $40 spent at home Depot; $6 spent at Ferguson's. Ferguson's is the best for plumbing; our new go to.

My installer picked up a water heater, removed and replaced the new one however, it kept shutting off. Called the manufacturer to inquire and discovered the counter clerk at Ferguson, made a huge mistake in retrieving a natural gas version instead of propane model from stock. Contacted the General Manager, Bill Bates, and he quickly resolved the issue by having the corrected model delivered and arranged for a new contractor to remove the wrong one and replace it with the new model. Outstanding support from Bill Bates and the Ferguson team!!!!!!

For truck drivers....its a cluster. Their drive is not clearly marked (next to the u-haul place) and is a little tight within the fence. I delivered water heaters to them. Ive delivered to A LOT of Furguson places and this is within the top 3 of the worst places to deliver to so far. If their strait trucks need to be loaded with pipe, they park them right in the middle of the yard. If you're driving a day cab, its a little easier but i drive a sleeper with a 53' trailer. I had to dock in the farthest dock away from the road and i had to slide my tandems all the way up to dock. It wasn't the hardest dock i had to do, but its one of the worst as far as cluster. No overnight parking. People were nice, unload time was average.

Nice folks. Had a water heater in stock and was able to deliver it straight to my garage. Even matched the price of a competitor. Made the entire purchase over the phone and it was delivered without issue.

Buyer beware. I will not buy another product from Ferguson's. Three months ago, I purchased 3 new kohler toilets from them. One had a bad flush valve, and they would not replace it. I was forced to buy a new one.

I arrived 20 minutes before closing and needed material for a small repipe, which I pulled most myself. The counter men were very helpful and I didn't feel rushed to get out the door. They pulled and loaded my pipe on my truck. Kind and courteous. Thank you Waters Avenue Ferguson.

Been using Ferguson for most of my plumbing career. I have never had a better experience, better customer service or counter knowledge. From all the folks here. Andrew at will call has always greeted me with a smile and had my order ready to go every time. Thanks Andrew I am very grateful for your help.

purchased and AO Smith Water Softener and cannot get it programmed by my plumber, AO Smith, or Ferguson. When I call, they tell me to call Ferguson. I have had it for two months and I think it’s time that someone can program or tell me how to return it.

I love this plumbing supply company! All of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. When I ask any of the staff where something is, they know where it is. I've been a customer of this location for about 18 years and I'm a plumber, usually I know what I'm looking for and can almost always get exactly what I need and the prices are much better than Homedepot or Lowe's.

Conrad was very friendly on the phone and found what I needed quickly and had it waiting for me at the counter. And it was half the price of the one I got from Amazon and sent back.

The installation for my range hood was awful. The installers scratched both cabinet side panels and left multiple gouges in both. The company has made it difficult to get the problem solved.

They honestly need to have better drivers driving in the streets. Like they have no sense of a brain at all, speeding all the way down waters and almost threw me off into another lane, such unprofessional drivers, and they get mad at the other person when I was going under speed limit, honestly need to do better with your drivers.

I had a great customer service today Friday September 26th 2025, around 11 am.. this guy i totally forgot to ask his name, he was wearing a black shirt he was patient help me with all my needs,definitely coming back.

They didn't have the impossible to find part that I needed, but they were able to help me out by suggesting modern alternatives to the ancient part I was looking for. All the other parts places I went to just said sorry, and sent me on my way. I welcomed the suggestion and I'm putting it into action! Thanks guys!

In agreement with another person who gave a review based off of the dangerous driving. Lovely photo of a driver that refused to let me merge onto the highway. He rather i scrape the concrete wall. He then angrily passed me and flipped me off.
