After getting quotes from several places, we decided to go with a local plumber to install our new hot water heater. What really stood out to us was how helpful and honest the whole team was. Since this was my first time replacing a water heater, I had a lot of questions—many of them came up because of things I'd heard from other plumbing companies. Geoffrey patiently explained everything and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. When Nolan, the plumber, arrived for the installation, he went above and beyond. He noticed that my new water heater had a dent from shipping (from another store, not this plumbing company!), and he took photos just in case there were any issues later. He also installed a leak alarm so I’d know right away if there was ever a problem, and replaced my old gas shut-off handle with a new one that was much easier to use. After everything was in, we did run into a small hiccup—the leak alarm went off because there was a slow drip from a fitting on top of the tank. Even though it was a holiday and the office was closed, Geoffrey still answered my call and helped right away. Matthew, the owner, personally came out and fixed the connection quickly, making sure there wouldn’t be any more leaks. They even did this at no extra charge, and their prices for the original installation were very fair. I’m extremely happy with the service and honesty I received. I highly recommend this plumber to anyone looking for friendly, reliable, and skilled professionals. I won’t be using anyone else for my plumbing needs!
