B Patel is a fantastic asset to JJM Plumbing. He is always promptly taking and handling our calls when it comes to customer products and truck stock. He exhausts himself to the ‘ends of the earth’ to keep us happy and returning to the Anderson location. ‘Responsive’ is the best word to describe B’s work practices and ethic. If ever he is not available…either Howard or Mike D. step up to the plate and fill the vacant shoes.

Contacted to help with warranty replacement. I was told they would be able to help but after spending an hour coordinating with the manufacturer who sent an RMA to their location I was told they would not honor the warranty and have to travel to Orlando to get it taken care of. If you are looking to purchase supplies from this company make sure they will honor the mfg warranty first and hope they do not change their mind later.
