Rudest sales clerk that I have encountered. She lied about having options for vanity mirrors that were not medicine cabinets when we passed by several in the front of the store and just wanted more info about sizing.

Best customer service of anyone we worked with for our bathroom remodel. Delivered our tub and toilet with less than 24 hours notice. Both were flawless!

Smiles for days! What a beautiful day it was ( it was raining) when I walked in this awesome gallery. Melissa Eisman, Cathy Goodwin and Mima(!) are just awesome. It might not be the biggest showroom you've seen but that's because quality over quantity. So welcoming, sweet and kind what a greeting! I was just doing something so not good for my health ( ordering 🍕 from next door) and thought let's kill some time. Boy did I pick the right place, found some really cool people oh and Pinstripe faucets 😉. Pictures coming soon but you'd be better off just dropping in and seeing it in person.

Cathy was super helpful when I came in to shop bathtubs the other day. She really knows her stuff and gave me some great tips on spacing and fixture color differentiation!

By far, Wool has the best selection fo bathroom fixtures. So many there it's hard to decide. I am very happy with their service. They did a very good job for me.

In the market to purchase items for 2 baths & a Kitchen I am having remodeled. I was actually glad to see the showroom was finally open. It had been closed for 10 days over the holidays.. I thought that was a lot! I’m a nurse so it’s hard to find time to look. Anyways, I finally went in when the showroom was open and overall I thought the showroom was nice but I was disappointed because most of what was shown I have already seen! Sales ladies were nice enough but the one sales lady told me I would have to wait for the other lady to help me. I thought that was odd. Maybe she was new?? Luckily, this is just 1 of 3 showrooms in less than a mile. All in all.. nothing exceptional

We are in the process in remodeling out bathrooms and are happy to say we found Wool Kitchen & Bath. Nowadays everyone tries to buy everything over internet in order to safe a couple of bucks. Well you are in luck if like me you like to see and touch the furniture and appliances.
We have visited the store on 02-24-2020 and it starts with having a lot of parking around the showroom we parked right in front of the store. When entering the showroom without appointment we were greeted and attended right away. Professional attentive staff make your decisions easy. You will not regret visiting this Showroom.

Good service! I went in with a dumb consumer problem and was treated beautifully by Aniya Campbell. She gave me two easily actionable ideas to solve my problem.

Cathy Goodwin is superb in every way - knowledge of products, design style, function over form, ADA, professionalism, personality and patience. She was a dream to work with honest, real and superb follow-up and closure. Our new hone and all its kitchen, laundry and bathroom fixtures will be beautiful! Our experience at Wools, both the showroom and warehouse, as coordinated by Cathy was a superior experience in an industry - construction - where there are a lot of problems, hard sells, distruths, and passing-the-buck. Cathy was none of those problems.

My wife ordered $500 of hardware for kitchen cabinets. It turned out that we had to pay a $40 shipping fee. She didn't realize it at the time of the sale, so that is our fault. If I had realized there was a shipping charge I would have gone somewhere else. Also, from the time of the order to the time it arrived it took 11 days. That's way too long. Don't they have a local warehouse? I don't understand why they would charge for shipping.

I have worked with Wool on many occasions and always find the staff to be so supportive and knowledgeable across the board.
As an interior designer I rely on the consultants and customer service at Wool Kitchen and Bath to provide me with expertise to help educate my clients in making the best choices possible for their home.
The interface they also provide between the plumber, builder and home owner is excellent!
The showroom is gorgeous with the latest finish options and fixtures on display!

We just bought a house and was looking to upgrade a few things in it like a new kitchen faucet, shower hardware, etc. We originally didn't plan to go, but was driving by and stopped to see what selection a local place had over shopping at, say, Amazon. They do have a wonderful selection and some items we would haven't considered had we not stopped in.

We picked out some items which we have now taken delivery on.

While we were there, we were interested in some higher end items like a steam shower and one of those fancy toilets with a heated seat, automatic everything, and lights.

We were told we would be emailed more information on the steam shower. Never got it. I called to check on the email. Told it would be sent shortly; still never got it. We checked spam/junk folders - nope. No communication about order status or follow up from sales person asking if we had questions.

I walk in to ask for an order update and 1 piece had been previously delivered to the store and the 2nd had arrived that day. Again, no communication items had been received. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. AGAIN NO email. I did consider staying until I received the infamous email, but thought I was overreacting.
So much for buying local.

I purchased three Kohler toilets and trip levers and Melissa was great to work with. When I picked up the toilets at the separate warehouse the staff there had them ready for me and helped to load them. I worked for a successful plumbing wholesale company in NYS before retiring to Florida. Wool is a well run company with an experienced and professional staff.
