Never ! BAD ! Santos Plumbing, LLC wanted to charge me SIX Times more expensive a price! I do Not recommend this business. Very High prices. I am NOT Going Back to this plumbing business again. I do NOT Recommend this business ! DO NOT GO THERE !

The kitchen sink drain became blocked during meal preparation. I contacted a plumbing technician for immediate help. He cleared the blockage and flushed the line. The sink drains smoothly again.

Disrespectful and Dismissive Customer Service

I reached out to this company with a few basic questions about a quote for potential work. Instead of receiving the courtesy and professionalism you'd expect from any reputable contractor, I was met with an abrupt and dismissive response -- told that "several emails had already been sent" rather than simply answering my questions. I found the tone unnecessarily condescending and completely unhelpful. If a company can't be respectful or take the time to explain their own quote to a prospective customer, that raises serious concerns about how they'd handle an actual job. There are plenty of businesses in the Tampa Bay area that value professionalism and communication -- I strongly suggest choosing one of them instead.

I can't even describe how amazing this company is. They went above and beyond when I frantically called with a leaking upstairs water heater. They were able to order me a new unit and get it installed in no time (taking out the old and cleaning the leak up). The entire staff is so pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend!
