Very unpleasant experience. Horrible technicians!! The receptionist was curt & unhelpful when I called to schedule the appointment. She gave me a four-hour window for the visit (11-3pm) and the technician (Kyle) arrived 4.15pm. One and a half hours after the window! Dirty worker! Dirty shoes, dirty hands! He left marks all over my doorframe, the sink & vanity unit. I called the next day to request a return visit by another technician to replace the faucet & plug as I didn't like them and advised about the mess left by Kyle. Her response.. "Well, he is a plumber" As if "dirty work" was an acceptable standard.
I called to request an invoice as Kyle asked for cash or check on-site. The invoice I received shows "someone" had forged my initials on the invoice! I did NOT sign or initial any invoice!
The next day I discovered there was a significant leak under the sink. Twice I called, at 10am and again at 1pm & asked to speak to a Manager. Both times the same receptionist advised Manager was not in and not available. Requested a technician to come and address the leak.. Was rudely advised "someone' would be there "sometime" today!
After waiting since 10am, at 5pm Alfonzo called to say he was still at another job and didn't know if he'd even make it! I said he needs to come to fix the leak.
Finally showed up at 5.25pm. I asked him to change out the plug and faucet and he said NO!.. He was just there to fix the leak. Alfonzo then became confrontational towards me ( a woman!)... Stating "I asked you on the phone, I didn't need to come out for this as it wasn't an active leak. You could've waited!!"
ALFONZO'S CONDUCT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE.. HE WAS AGREESIVE AND RUDE!!!

This whole experience with McNatts employees was HORRIBLE!!

My hot water heater bit the dust and had to be completely replaced. Adolfo from McNatt Plumbing came out the same day and did a fantastic job. The whole process from my first phone call to the moment they left my home was a breeze. All the staff is professional and courteous. Aldolfo and his team kept me informed the entire way and answered all my questions. I highly recommend McNatt Plumbing!

I had a technician come out and I followed up for the quote a week later because the technician never contacted me with the quote to repair my unit. After being told that I received the quote from the technician at the time of the visit (Thursday), when I did not, I was told pricing over the phone after being called back because there was no price in the system. I requested the quote be sent to my email for which I was told I could not get an “itemized” quote, reflecting price for parts and labor separately, until Monday because that information was not on file. I called back today (Friday) requesting the quote that should have been sent Monday which she still did not have because she never reached out to the technician for this information. I’m just highly disappointed in this company after being highly recommended by my sweet neighbor. I pray others will have a better experience.

Kyle from McNatt's Plumbing truly exceeded my expectations. I was dealing with a non-flushing toilet and a sink that seemed to have a mind of its own, sputtering water whenever I turned it on. Kyle's expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment he arrived.

Seeing some of the other reviews on here, maybe you need to start focusing on driver safety. Truck No 115 was riding in the left lane blocking traffic for miles then when his exit came up (my same exit) they crossed 3 lanes of traffic to push into the exit lane, cutting me off in the process (as I was already in the proper lane). Aside from the fact that Florida law dictates that you use the left lane for passing, maybe we need to explain to this person that they need to share the road with others.

Matt, the tech who came, was awesome! We had a terrible toilet clog – I'd already removed the toilet and snaked it, and even my father-in-law tried chemicals. Matt snaked it, helped put the toilet back, cleaned up, and even left the bathroom cleaner than he found it! He also explained the calcium buildup from Florida's hard water was the problem – huge chunks were coming out! Thanks, guys – the toilet flushes great now, and I learned a lot about how to better maintain my toilet

dangerous and inconsiderate drivers. speeding, weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off. this driver almost cause a collision with me if i would not have slammed on my breaks to avoid him from clipping my front end. half of his mirror is completely broken which is extremely hazardous and unsafe for a COMMERCIAL vehicle. half of the tools are not tied down or secured. extremely unprofessional and if I need a plumber I won’t be calling them.

Quick and great service at the company I work at. Very resonable price for clearing our back-ups in our sewer lines. Thank you!

Vehicle #116 driver is extremely rude throwing hand gestures to me for him not being in the lane he wanted to be in since he needed to get over. So I rolled my window down to see why he we was pissed off because he wasn’t let over when we’re sitting in dead stopped traffic at a light. Vehicle also has brake light out might want to get it serviced.

Justin was quick and prompt. Very satisfied!

These guys were so quiet I did even know they were here. Whole house repipe. I never heard them once. Very clean. Went right to work and got me up and running as soon as possible. Really nice installers . Would use their company again for future projects.

I contacted Betros plumbing to install our washer and propane dryer. Their professionalism was evident from the first call. We encountered polite, efficient and extremely proficient individuals from the phone call to the service call. Very satisfied!

I had a plumbing issue that two other plumbers had previously 'fixed,' only to have the same problem persist. They charged me large sums of money without solving anything, and I was even quoted $8,000 for a job that turned out to be unnecessary. I was so close to going through with it, but thankfully I didn’t. Enter Justin and Bryan. They conducted a proper and thorough inspection, quickly diagnosing the actual problem that had been overlooked by the others. Over the course of three days, they worked diligently to resolve the issue once and for all. I couldn't be happier with their work.
