I purchased a light with a pole and a base. The light was what I selected the pole in the base were selected by the salesman. When I got home, the pole in the base don’t fit the light. I tried to return it today. I came into the receipt and both the pole in the base in boxes. I was told I would have to go find the salesman then have to evaluate for a restocking fee and a return fee. At the end, I just ended up leaving the boxes on the counter and walking away. High in place it has atrocious customer service./

I’m in the middle of a large scale remodel and decided to visit the store… taking a look at all things lighting and bathroom… Was in there for 20 minutes. Five people sitting at desks and there wasn’t a single offer of assistance or even so much as a hello. Headed to Fergusons instead.

I had the "Best" customer service at the Hydrologic Kennedy location in Tampa. Cathy did an outstanding job and had the best disposition of any sales representative i have ever encountered! The positive energy between her and her colleague, Lois has made my experience amazing! Her level of knowledge and customer service blows the competitor away.

The worst customer service in construction I have ever experienced in my 25 years. If you are a professional construction company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY BRANCH OF THIS COMPANY. I work for a $100 million a year construction company and this company, and it’s members Jeff Lowe, Helene and Christian Cruz are the reason for this review and why I will be telling every sub or GC I can not to use them. Terrible. Winspply is the parent company just fyi.

It says here they're open till 2 today. I went at 12:30 and they were closed. What a waste of time.

Need 90° PVC elbows3/4 inch which Home Depot and Lowes never have in stock! Driving home now with everything I need. Stay away from big box and drive here!
