Super nice and understanding. They brought out a cast iron tub and let me inspect it before buying. I had previously rejected 2 with another company that made me buy and unbox at home and then drag them back wasting time and hauling a 300lb tub. Thanks Chris!

How about updating your website to show that your showroom on 301 is shut down and shows no sign of reopening in the near future so people don’t waste their time driving out based on pics from the website... let me guess, COVID-19 is the reason....
