Busto Plumbing is a Bust...
The main reason I had them come out last week was due to a smell coming from the master sink faucet and shower. I also had little things I wanted them to do since they were coming out; change shower handle, snake guest bath sink and shower drain and fix noise coming from guest toilet.
First, they were supposed to be at my home between 8-10 am, they showed up around 10:30 due to traffic. Once he got here, he could not figure out where or why the smell was occurring and said for me to just pour bleach down each drain to see if that would work... He then tested the water flow in the guest bathroom and said indicated it was draining fine and he could make it any better. (I poured drain-O down after he left and it made it somewhat better...) He said he could fix the handle to the shower and the noise coming from the toilet but he would have to go to the store as he did not have any of those supplies on hand. This added another hour. He eventually put on the new handle and fixed the noise at a cost of $251.00. They still haven't provided us with a detailed invoice of their service. I have left two messages for the Service Manager, Robert, to call me back and have yet to receive a return call. Lastly, the plumber smelled of cigarette smoke, to the point when he left the bathroom, it smelled like him.
Don't waste your time or money using this company.

Their daytime rates are only good until 3:30 in the afternoon. So, unless you're living the good life and at home during the middle of the work day, you get to either take time off work (and lose money or vacation time) or pay 'non-day' rates. Sign me, Still looking for a plumber.

Fast service and good value. They diagnose my issue quickly which was a clogged water heater and were able to repair it the same day. The office staff were friendly and were quick to resolve any issues.

This company was extremely responsive and attentive to all the plumbing issues related to a gut renovation of a bathroom in a 100-year old house. Have used them for 30 years and will continue to use them for another renovation project coming up.

It's ok , it's all ok . What goes around , comes around . I never used this company before , but when these 2 guys came out and told me they didn't have the faucet replacement parts for a tub fixture , i was blown away . If i were a plumber , i would carry a couple of each item , and different makes , that Home Depot carries . I mean really , you have a van , build a shelving unit with drawers , or get a few plastic bins . I think i would be more prepared to let my customers see what kind of handles and hardware i had to offer . One thing i make sure of , it better be in plastic , new , unopened . I just don't understand , this company is well known , it's been around a long time . I first found out about them in 1980 - 1982 , when i found some of their zippered bank pouches near my home , when i lived on Aileen & Armenia . Those pouches contained a little money , and mostly checks . My only complaint is that they were not properly prepared for a job .

1 Star? How about zero stars? I call HG Plumbing to fix 2 issues I had. First being the master bedroom shower valves were leaking. Second job was fixing a low pressure flush in my hall bathroom. Let me add the gentlemen that was fixing the hall toilet and valves had to leave and "GET a part" that took him over an hour to get.. and guess what? They charged us for that time. Shocked yet?

After a couple of weeks bathroom shower valves start leaking again, toilet starts the low pressure flush soon after. I called a few times and left a message and got no response. So I went ahead and stopped payment since OBVIOUSLY the work was not DONE PROPERLY and I got no response. So job not done, you don't get paid! Please keep reading.. cause now it get's good.

A couple months after, we get a call from who I would say is some retched horrible excuse of a "want to be attorney" threatening to sue us. We told the attorney the work had not been completed and we wanted the work to be done before we paid them their money. Sound fair? We think it does.. The attorney did not want to even hear it. She spoke to Henry GONZALEZ and he refused to come and fix the job they got paid for, he just wanted the rest of his money. The issues that didn't get fixed wasn't his concern. So reluctantly and against MY wishes my wife and I agreed to pay what was owed.. maybe $175 or so. We made a couple of payments and my wife accidentally misplaced the information that we needed to send the payment to.

We now have received a letter that we are being sued and have a court date coming up because of the payment issue. We may owe may $75-$100. We are in the process now of trying to get in touch with the wicked witch from the west to finish payments for a job that WAS NEVER DONE RIGHT AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX! I went ahead and fixed the shower myself. $60 later and it works perfect! (PERHAPS I SHOULD BILL HG PLUMBING FOR MY REPAIR OF THEIR REPAIR?)

Now I don't know if these positive reviews on here are staged by friends, employees or family members or whatever. But stay away from these back stabbing, half a$$ job doing thieves. Yes, I sad "thieves"!

Do you know what the only difference between a thieve and Henry Gonzalez Plumbing is?.....You "INVITE" Henry Gonzalez plumbing into your home. We did make payments toward the bill. The WORK was never completed. Not only are you thieves, but you're liars too. Just got off with your hack of a lawyer and she verified our payments.

PS, We do pay our bills... when the service we pay for is complete, not when it's broken a week later. I suggest you practice better business ethics, hire better secretaries that don't treat the customers like trash and lawyers that call your customers and harass them. Your rebuttal basically proved my point that you didn't finish the job also exposed what liars you people are saying we didn't pay. We just got off the phone with that farce of an attorney you use and she admitted we have paid toward the bill.... Stay away from this excuse of a business and do it yourself. Save the money and time. This company sucks. I gave you an extra star for admitting you ripped us off.

Totally unethical, borderline hostile employees. Last Summer, Kohler dispatched a representative from this company to diagnose problems with our DTV shower module that was less than six months old and still under warranty. The guy -- who seemed like he was on a prison work release program -- spent less than 10 minutes staring at the module like it was a quantum physics equation. We escorted him out with no intention of using him, and he later sent us a quote for over $2k to fix a product that was STILL under warranty. We called Kohler to complain, and they then dispatched Crown Plumbing who diagnosed and fixed the issue with no problems (under warranty). For the 11 months since, they call us constantly to pay their trip charge even though we have tried OVER AND OVER again to explain this was a warranty visit. Now they are threatening to send us to collections. I called Kohler and they apologized, and confirmed that this was under warranty. I suggested they remove this company from their "certified" dealers list and would caution anyone against getting involved with them.

Henry gonzalez plumbing did not complete my installation by leaving an important part unattached without telling me, made up a reason after the fact for their oversight, and they took/lost two FOM screws needed to finish the job so i couldn’t finish it myself. Then they lied to me on the phone and in their response in google reviews to dodge responsibility. BEWARE!!!!! All i needed was the truth and two FOM screws to finish their work! This company prefers telling lies in social media than fixing their mistakes. Their business model will fail.

The most frightful experience I "almost" had. Imagine being in my shoes. A pediatric dentist with only 1 week before school starts, a schedule bursting with patients and parents that want to get their children in before school begins, and then a water pipe bursts in your office one hour before your day begins. Thank goodness for Henry Gonzalez Plumbing. I called the office (even before they were open) and the owner Joe Gonzalez called me back right away. He drove right over to our office to exam the broken pipe. He then called one of his plumbers named Mike (who was on his way to their office), to tell him what was going on and to stop by the office to get materials to fix the problem. All of this happened at 7:10am, we saw our first patient at 8:00am without any delays and worked a full day making some beautiful smiles. I can't say how much I appreciate what they did. They earned my business and 5-star rating for sure!

I would give them 10 stars if I had the option. I am in the home improvement business so its a similar industry. I called them and a nice lady answered the phone and set a appointment to have them come out bc they came very highly recommended by Koehler rep himself. The nice lady worked with my schedule and called me to confirm the day before. I appreciated the reminder. the two guys they sent out were right on time and very respectful, clean and when they saw the problem they were very well informed. Parts needed to be ordered and they said the office would call shortly to reschedule. Within a few days the nice lady called me to schedule the service and again worked with my busy schedule. Today the same two men showed up prepared with everything they needed. Once again right on time. I never heard a peep from them as they worked in the bathroom non stop until the job was done and done right. I really was impressed with everyone (especially the two plumbers) that I dealt with. this is a great company with great people and great processes. I would proudly recommend them to anyone who ask.

We are renovating our home and chose Henry Gonzalez Plumbing for our kitchen project. Yesterday, our gas line was installed flawlessly and at a responsible, competitive cost. The installers were extremely knowledgeable. They unpacked our new range to find the owners manual. With it, they located the appropriate placement for the gas gauge wall-install. They also installed my half-bath toilet. Service was prompt and professional. We will definitely use them for our range, dishwasher and ice maker installations.

Our plumber for life! I own a restaurant in South Tampa and have hired Henry Gonzalez Plumbing for several projects, from minor to major. Over the years, I have gotten to know the whole Gonzalez family, and I can attest that these are good people. Their prices are reasonable, but what is most impressive are their high level of service and integrity with which they conduct business. Instead of just fixing things and sending me a bill, they try to educate me so that I can save money in the future by fixing small things myself. It is difficult to trust any service company these days, but I do trust Henry Gonzalez Plumbing and will continue to hire them for all of our commercial and residential plumbing projects. I highly recommend their services.

Joseph was great! Replaced our water heater in record time. Came out within 2 hours and done in about 45 minutes. He's out hero! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a toilet problem unexpectedly on Monday morning, and we decided to give HG Plumbing a try. I ended up speaking with Joe, the owner, and we really appreciated how he went above and beyond for us. His team was slammed all day Monday for calls that were scheduled or that already came in before us, so Joe personally made time to come to my house after 5 pm to fix our toilet. While this is not something we would ever expect an owner to do, my wife and I really appreciated Joe going above and beyond for us to make sure our issue was resolved on the same day we called. Great price, and first class service!
