I had an excellent experience with this plumbing service. From start to finish, Luke was professional, punctual, and extremely easy to communicate with. He arrived right on time, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and completed everything efficiently and to a high standard.

What really stood out was his responsiveness and attention to detail—he kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was done correctly before leaving. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but this plumber exceeded expectations in every way.

I had been using Mitchell's services for more than 4 years in our property management business. I just make a call and his team takes care of everything. Tenants schedules, HOA approvals, once he help me with a repair that was part of an insurance claim regarding a leak from a neighbor plumbing system that affects our landlord's unit, again he took care of everything. I used him twice during the last year in my own property, never an issue. I always recommended his plumbing services.

I had one of the worst experiences with this company. I originally scheduled my hot water tank to be replaced at 10 o’clock in the morning. The plumbers never showed up until 4 clock in the evening. I had to constantly be on their case as to when they were going to show up. The services provided only took two hours. However they charge me for the additional 45 minutes that they sat in their van smoking cigarettes while they flicked them into my driveway. The excuse was that they had to call the office in order to get the total and my bill. The company charged me $430 for two hours worth of work plus the additional 45 minutes it took to acquire the total while they waited in their van . The two individuals that came to my house could not provide me any information whatsoever as to how they concluded the total of my bill . After a long debate as to how I was going to be charged without seeing a receipt or a quote I was tired and went to pay them. Once they noticed I was going to pay in cash suddenly they reduce the price from $430 down to 400 without any sort of explanation. I then asked the plumbers how much do they charge per hour? The plumbers were not able to respond with an actual answer of anyway. I then asked how much and supplies were needed in order for the repair? They again could not give me any sort of answer. The only thing they could tell me was that the total was $430. They said I would receive a text message receipt within the day as to what my itemized receipt would look like. I felt very uncomfortable about the whole situation and feel as though I got screwed over in my deal. I felt as though they made the total after they showed up and saw who I was and what my home looked like. I later called the company has a cold caller asking about how much it would cost Per hour for their services after a short pause (While he scramble to look up my number) he finally responded to we charge $150 per hour. Still the total amount of hours and supplies cost did not equal the original $430 I was charged. Once the owner had realized who I was and how much he charged me he offered to pay me back $50 to make me a satisfied customer . However it is been almost a full week and I have yet to see not only my receipt but also the $50 you promised me back. These people are crooks do not ask for their service do not give them a call. Angie’s list someone else.

I had an emergency with my shower valve on the weekend. They came the next day and fixed it very fast! The plumber is Gerardo and did excellent!

I had called and talked to the owner about getting a job done. Off the cuff he threw a number at me. I was ok with it. But the quote I was emailed was a larger number. We spoke about it and came to a number. That was fine.

They showed up earlier than expected and when I saw the work they put into it, I called to tell him I would gladly pay the extra amount that I had initially debated because I saw what they had to do.

They're professionals, they don't take shortcuts, they do, and they're good guys. They were also still the best deal in town. I'd post pictures but they put the toilet back on even though I said I'd do it myself.

Needed an emergency plumber on a Friday afternoon. Was given Excellent Plumbings name, and, not only did they call me back, they came to our condo and did the repair within a couple of hours. I call that “excellent “ service.

These guys did a great job replacing copper pipe that sprung pin hole leaks. Richie was fantastic and a true professional, easy to work with. Their prices were very reasonable too. I recommend Excellent Plumbing as a great resource for plumbing repairs, I will call them again if needed.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Excellent Plumbing and they do not disappoint! He has replaced sink water valves, installed washer plumbing lines, Cleared pipes removed and installed a new water heater at two different locations. Mitch is professional, knowledgeable and always reliable. He makes sure the client is satisfied with the work and has good communication for expectation management. I will forever use Mitch and Excellent Plumbing as my “go-to” plumber for the Tampa area and have less worries about potential plumbing issues that may arise, knowing he is only a call away!
