Elite Rooter has been fantastic! We called them this morning to get an estimate on an outdoor drain clog. They were out to our house in an hour and were able to start the job & will be back out first thing tomorrow morning to jet the rest of the issue out of the pipes. Super thankful for them and their diligence!

David helped with my garbage disposal. He was very polite, personable and knowledgable.

Chris was the senior technician we worked with 2 weeks ago. I called around 10 am to have someone come out for our clogged kitchen drain and they sent Chris out within the hour. Chris was fantastic. He was polite, respectful and mindful of our home while also being transparent with our issues. His friendly and calm nature made it easy to ask questions and to try and figure out what the future solutions were. I highly recommend working with him.

Jesus was knowledgeable, a great communicator, and friendly! He was quick and efficient as well.

Miguel was the senior tech that came out to the house to see if they can fix my pipe problem. He arrived within 15 mon, was very kind and offered suggestions on the fix. It ended being a problem I needed to call landscapers for, but I appreciate his help and advice. Next time I have indoor plumbing issues would ded reach out to Miguel at Elite rooter!

Called them out the same day. The clogged drain at my house was fixed within the hour. They did a very good job.

We had drainage work done by Elite Rooter and Mr. David Garcia and his associate were knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the work on time, and he even made suggestions.

Drew is a very good employee. He’s a scholar and a gentleman. You have a great employee and I hope you pay him good for that.!!!!!

Yesterday, I scheduled from 12pm to 1pm for a hot water leak somewhere in my home. I then, called to make sure they got my request. I spoken to a lady she confirmed that they got it, and technician will call me 20 minutes before he arrive and the technician will checkout what going on an he will give me an estimate about what it will cost he do the job, and I can except or decline, and no travel fee either. Well, your technician arrived around 5:30pm and his next replied was " let me pulled up the contract for you to sign and pay $450 for he start anything ". I said the lady said I don't have to pay anything because you guys do free estimate and no travel fee. His next replied was " we don't do anything for free, and my manager told me to charge you this price, then say what the lady name that told you this?". I told him he can leave cause you guys said something totally different. Your website and advertising is totally false, your technician said you guys don't anything for free.

Highly recommend Elite Rooter. We had Walter Gar who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure his work was perfect and we were satisfied with the results. We will definitely be using Walter and Elite Rooter again.
