Called one day and they were out next day. Very quick and professional. Ron was great on the phone Csleb and Trent were the best!

They got to the root of the problem--literally, as there were tree roots growing into the toilet. The plumber was courteous and hardworking and made sure the job was done right. We will be using Dyser again.

I couldn’t make the appointment but my wife was home. They took advantage of the fact she knows nothing about plumbing and charged more than 10x what the job was worth. Replacing a toilet fill valve and 2 screws they told her they had to “rebuild” the tank. They charged us $280 to replace a toilet fill valve. Scumbags. Don’t call them.

Dyser Plumbing has been a God-send for my family. Service is friendly, on time and honest. Mr. Dyser is very "to the point" but also kind. I will only use Dyser Plumbing in my home.

My entire family has relied on the services provided by Dyser Plumbing Co. for many, many years. From emergency situations to routine maintainance, their response has ALWAYS been prompt, successful and courteous! Extremely high marks all the way around!

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and handed us a bill. They were at our house for a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I’m very disappointed we were not told the costs up front before work was done. Then one of the items burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn’t be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the issue in the meantime since we have kids at home and needed water. The owner was then not willing to credit anything on the bill for the time, effort, or headache this caused. Just a minimal credit would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this company.

Dyser Plumbing charged $286.87 to unclog a shower, unclog a toilet, and locate the septic tank at a nearby single family home. Their auto-signed payment agreement fine print is still full of questionable agreements as shown in the attached image.

To their benefit of the doubt, they verbally followed up, to claim they enforce only part of the agreement.

They offer check, cash, or credit as means of payment. Payments with cash or check have the least amount of friction. Until this fine print is fixed, I recommend new customers ask to see the payment agreement before paying or just use cash or check as it is not shown in their iPad at the time of payment.

If you provide a credit card, they save it in a notepad, paste the credit card number and full credit card details in an email invoice and email it back to you as if credit card details belong in an email let alone being saved in a notepad. I don’t expect plumbers to be tech-savy and they may have been in existence long before customers used credit cards but they need to up their game.

Some positives: they work they did was great, they were prompt to arrive, and they were helpful.

The Dyser Plumbing technician who installed a new sink faucet in my house was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was also tidy, leaving the surrounding area in the exact same condition as when he arrived.

I was charged $350 to replace 2 valves 2 hoses under my bathroom sink. I HAD THE PARTS Then flip a seal on the toilet 🚽 my son had already put together!!!! They OVER CHARGED ME BY $150 according to the average cost! By the next day there was water under my sink! Now with a container to catch the water I EXPECT GOOD WORK FOR HONEST PAY! I GOT NEITHER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Siriano came in booties on and repaired our toilet . Didn't take him long. Hopefully he is able to do that sort of 5 star service for our shower and outside hose bib. 21st October hose bib

I have used Dyson Plumbing for the past 12 years. They are the BEST. Their employees are EXPERT in all aspects of Plumbing and they are very courteous. For our 4 homes, Dyson is the only company we use now for all of our plumbing issues. I highly recommend Dyson Plumbing🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I called Dyser and got prompt courteous service. They did a great job, at a reasonable price and due to the COVID-19 sanitized what they had worked with and touched to clean up the area.
I would recommend them and I will use them again when the need arises

We have used Dyser twice in the last 3 months and both times they were here quickly and were able to fix our issues (install new water heater and slow leak under the sink) very timely. They explained the repairs thoughly and showed the old parts to us as well.
