Kis did an excellent job repairing a leak under our kitchen sink. Fantastic work from a very professional and dedicated plumber.

Recommend to read their contract carefully, I hired them to unclog a sink and fix a leak (this was my original request in writing), the price was somewhat reasonable, they unclogged the drain, but a leak was still there. They refused to finish the job, started waiving the proposal I signed on their iPad, so I had to pay extra $350 to have a usable vanity.

By the way they also charge 3.5% extra if you pay with a card (and ofc no one mentioned this but it was in the proposal I signed).

Seems they did the job fine though.

David came to my house to evaluate our water heater as it had failed. Upon arrival he quickly evaluated the problem, found parts and gave us a quote that beat the competitor my landlord sent over. Thanks David, your professionalism was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

The technician was very knowledgeable and did the work quickly and efficiently. He even replaced some electrical wires that had gotten wet. Very satisfied with the job.

The plumbing work I had done was completed in September 2025. However, they damaged a part of my property and when brought to their attention, after the first time, they have been non-responsive for months for a resolution. At the time of this post it is January 2026. They're real quick on this app to accept work, but when there's an issue, such as property damage, no human can be reached at any point of the day. Their phone number either has a robot screening system or an unrelated receptionist in a different state who's hired to answer calls. I've tried for months via email, text and even certified mail and they have not gotten back. Even the Better Business Bureau wasn’t able to reach them.
Certified mail will be returned, but I have my receipts and tracking information nonetheless.

Patrick did an excellent customer service over the phone and at the home visit evaluation. He was punctual and answer all my questions. Gave me the right proposal to my toilet issues.

Patrick was great to work with. I had a major sewage issue at a rental property and he worked with me over the phone starting with jetting the system. Unfortunately after the jetting, the camera could not see far enough into the system because of how the sewer pipe was run and how long it was. Ultimately they discovered previous work that was done prior to my ownership where the last 25 feet of pipe went back uphill before connecting to the main city sewage line which was causingthe backup. This meant the worst case scenario of replacing everything, which was financially painful for me. Patricked worked with me to get the best value possible and also ran another sewer line to the garage with an additional clean out while they were out there so that I can put a bathroom in the detached garage in the future. He kept up updated with the status of the project often and warrantied the work for peace of mind into the future. He also helped with a temporary solution for my renter while the work was being done and the work was especially hard due to large tree roots and difficult weather.

Patrick was great. He came assess the problem. Gave us our options. Very polite, very direct and very informed. I would highly recommend him in the future and I will be using him again

Very pleased with job. We had to replace a sewer line in the home. They cleaned up and setup containment to protect my home. Patrick the manager went above and beyond. The install crew was very polite and neat.

Drew and David came out to my house today and were great! Professional and Detailed. They helped me with my Septic issue and made recommendations to me for my tank and leach field. This company is honest and caring and these two reps were totally top notch! I'm so impressed with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone. I had contact this company to come out for a toilet leak which the tenant already stopped by turning off the water. However the tech decided he needed to open the ceiling of the unit below me and quoted the job $1500 to fix a toilet leak. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I had to find someone else to fix the toilet issue for $350 and fix the hole they caused of $450. The tech told me he had 18 years of experience and that’s how you find a leak by opening the ceiling. Best look for someone else this company was totally unprofessional and did not evaluate the work needed correctly at all.

I really recommend Elite Plumbing. Drew and Patrick came to my house and they were able to diagnose the problem very quickly. They took the time to explain the issues and provided pictures they used to make their assessment. I would definitely call Drew and Patrick again for my plumbing needs!!

Going to leave a lengthy but to the point review. I just purchased my first home. What should be a great moment, has been overshadowed by lies, incompetence, and a lack of professionalism. I’ve already spent more on the deposits for this work than my down payment on my home. I’m not going to name drop for their sake but from the onsite supervisor to techs; incompetent and unprofessional. Over promise and under deliver should be the slogan. Biggest issue I had was a major water leak situation due to improper connection of pipes….I mean they’re a plumbing company and couldn’t do what they are hired for?!!!!! On top of that, the tech onsite bold face lied to me and said “it seems there’s a hole on the roof and the rain last night, came into the home” leaving us to believe we have to now pay for the clean up and a new roof. After an inspection from a roofer determined that was a lie, the tech admitted he lied to cover up another tech’s incompetence. Ceiling loss, insulation loss, drywall loss, electricity affected, damaged personal items, etc… spacing of all the bathroom fixtures, not what was discussed with onsite supervisor. Everything is so close but we refuse to have them fix it JUST TO GET THEM OUT. Trash and debris was never picked up as they continued to work, despite having a full trailer brought to my property for the debris. Trailer sat outside for a week and after 3 times of having asked the debris to be cleaned up, it was. Techs constantly disagreeing with eachother and questioning the choices by the previous tech, just screamed confidence to me. I was so sure, we choose the right company; **sarcasm. Never had anyone follow up or go over any completed projects. No camera video proof of said replaced pipes, no follow up unless I contacted first, nothing unless we initiated a complaint. There were times we swung by unannounced and would see things that we are not sure would have been rectified had we not stopped by and check up on our home. While the onsite supervisor was response upon me reaching out, he was never present to oversee this $20k + job. We do not feel that it was worth it and surely wish we hadn’t gone with elite rooter. This will most likely turn into a legal matter due too many inconsistencies and damages.

I had a great experience with David Garcia and highly recommend his services. He came out to look at both my toilet and dishwasher and was incredibly knowledgeable from the start. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issues, clearly explained what was going on, and walked me through my options without any pressure.

What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism — I truly felt I could trust his recommendations. David was also very kind, patient, and respectful of my home, which made the entire experience completely stress-free.
