No one wants to pay for a replacement roof, but Best Choice roofing made the entire process great. Ben was very detailed in helping me select the shingles and providing a competitive quote. Kaylee went above and beyond in searching for the right materials to get my roof done on time. She kept me updated and let me know each step of the process once we found the shingles. Antonio and Steve were outstanding when it came to actual project management and installation. They communicated multiple times per day and explained thoroughly the issues that came up. If you’re getting a new roof, they are the right team!

I had a couple leaks in my roof, and I contacted several roofers to give estimates to repair/replace my 15 year old roof. Adam with Best Choice Roofing was the most attentive contractor I have ever met. He walked me through every step of the process and was the only contractor who told me that my insurance should cover the cost because the leaks were due to wind damage. He personally met with the insurance adjuster and discussed my roof issues. The adjuster agreed with him, and they covered the cost of the work! Best Choice Roofing did a great job with the roof replacement and got the work done quickly. Even after the work was done, Adam still checked in with me to make sure there were no issues with the repair. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

I want to give an absolute huge shoutout to Carlos Mar. Since the first time we’ve spoke, he has nothing but helpful and understanding. After going back and forth with other roofing companies. Finding an honest and professional roofing company has been nothing shy of a terrible experience. BUT NOT WITH BEST CHOICE ROOFING IN TAMPA FLORIDA. With BCR Tampa having Carlos they are in great shape. I am so happy with the outcome of my roof, and it all couldn’t have been done without Carlos! I can say he has made this an easier and simple process and gained a life long costumer! Thanks again to BCR, and even more to Carlos Mar.

Worst Choice Roofing! Just hope that nothing small happens to your roof like a tiny cap coming off of your vent or they will try to rip apart your roof and charge you $500 to fix it!! Don't they sell those at Home Depot?? Will also take 3 months to get back to you to let you know, while you have the old cap taped on hoping it won't blow away in the next hurricane! New guy Jeremy terrible to work with!! Bring back Steve!!! Horrible customer service

Had the pleasure of Best Choice Roofing coming out to do a roof inspection for me this past Saturday. Ben arrived on time and was both expeditious and thorough with his evaluation. Upon completion he showed me a video of the inspection with his detailed observations. He was honest about the condition of my roof and never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me anything. He left me with detailed instructions on how to prolong the life of my current roof and vital I should know about the industry to help me be prepared for dealing with the insurance company and other roofers who may try to solicit me. Used this company for my roof August 2022. My dryer started to take longer to dry my clothes. I finally hired someone to go on the roof and this was left over the dryer vent on my roof. This is a fire risk in Florida and building code. So how this got missed in the final inspection is puzzling . I emailed my old sales person, but they no longer work there. I called and spoke with someone at this company in Tampa however, no one followed up. I don’t appreciate having to pay to fix someone else’s job. Otherwise the roof still looks great.

Bryce came to give us new roof options and provided lots of info on the next steps to take. He was very professional & easy to work with! Looking forward to having our roof replaced through best choice roofing in the future! Thank you for the great service.

We are in Valrico Florida and so far Best Choice Roofing has been the best company we have talked to. Michael and David did a great job getting us the roof we wanted at a great price. The best part was there was no SALES GIMIC. They sold us a roof. Not a 30 minute presentation on why they are the best company. Im not a fan of sales people at all but these guys where straight forward with no nonsense and I just had a gut feeling from the start that they where the right company.

After two hurricanes, it was very frustrating getting everything back in order and trying to find a roofer was nearly impossible. Our roof was put on roughly 5 years ago. They replaced the old roof vents with painted ones. The one on my garage is very oxidized. I contacted a rep with the company. It took a while to get it all worked out but they came through and repainted the vent and assured me that they will take care of it if it happens again. They've proven to my wife and I that they really care about their customers. I would definitely recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

Even though at this moment we are not able to afford a new roof. I wanted to thank Zack and Michael Allen they we're very professional. They had some really great ideas and work arounds. They gave me a great quote, better than the competition. And they were very knowledgeable!!!
