After the hurricane, I had no idea something was wrong with my roof, but my neighbor had somebody come and look at her roof and she sent him over. His name is Antonio and he came and checked and told me there was a problem. Show me everything I had to do to get it covered and best choice. Roofing got it done in record time. Needed a new roof after hurricane Milton and had been dealing with prior companies. Carlos Mar happened to knock on my door and made the process so easy and explained everything into detail, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. After signing the contract I had called Carlos a couple times and he never missed one of my calls, felt like their prices were very good compared to other companies. Very happy with my new roof and the process, will be recommending to others!

We had worst experience with this company, the Customer service is really bad, to this day been calling them they don't answer my call. Had problem with them they broke a pipe, they fixed it, but that broken pipe also was bent inside the wall, it did water damage inside my wall. Also I have solar panels in my house and I just got to big bills for Teco, because according to Teco the solar are not producing, we have been trying to reach Drew, Jeremy, or Tyler none of them are responding the calls. I am very disappointed with this company, the roof looks great, but it has been costing us extra money, because they don't respond.

Tom and Connor are awesome. From the very first meeting, both were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me make the best decision for my house. They took the time to explain every step of the roof replacement process and financing, answered all my questions with patience, and never once made me feel pressured.

A salesperson by the name of Chase was in our community soliciting in an non soliciting community. Our community has a posted sign prior to entering our community which clearly states no soliciting. This salesperson took it upon himself to not only ignore the sign but yet enter a gated community to do so which now becomes transpassing. We don't want to be harrass in our community by strangers so stay out of here Chase and everyone else from this company. Your response is UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE READ!!!! Of course you are not going to find me in no database of yours. I will NEVER do business with someone who is knocking on my door that was NEVER called in the first place. Did you not read my post. I suggest you read it again.

From beginning to end, my experience with Best Choice Roofing was great. After the hurricanes, I had pretty substantial damage to my home. I received multiple quotes from various other companies and Best Choice provided the most affordable, yet also reliable product.
Tre came prepared to the appointment with samples and brochures, unlike the other vendors who just wanted to get their hands on my insurance claim.
The install team arrived promptly and finished within 1 day. They cleaned up well, a few nails here and there to be expected. The final inspection addressed my few lingering concerns due to the previous damage.
Every step of the way was seamless and convenient.

Zack was a very knowledgeable representative, he did an excellent job explaining the fine prints of their warranties as well explaining what the other roofing companies do not tell you. Zack was very personable and made me feel like a valued customer and answered all of the questions I had for him. He even speaks some Spanish and we adored having mango (his bird) visit. Overall we had an excellent experience!

When I found Best Choice Roofing, I decided to call their Home office in Tennessee to ask questions to their customer service agent ,that any home owner would want answers, for a large renovation like a roof on your home.

Reliable, responsive, and reasonable. That is what my family and I feel about Best Choice Roofing. From Antonio’s initial contact (where we were told exactly what would happen and what to expect) to Jeremy’s professionalism (where he engaged me as needed during construction) we are very happy to recommend this company.

I am very satisfied. Bing convinced me to proceed with an insurance claim, I am not a professional on knowing what justifies a claim, he is. I blew him off for a time and then decided to proceed. He got it done, and now I have a new roof that increases the chances that the insurance company does not have to justify high home insurance rates because I had a damaged roof. Bing came through, he was honest and he is one of the HARDEST WORKING persons I have ever met. i have no major complaints except a few minor ones. The trailer that they put the old roof debris in was not picked up in my driveway but after one week I called their office and it was picked up, I'm OK with that. Second, I asked the workers if there would be any left over new shingles that I could have and they said yes. After the job was done, I jumped in the debris tailor and found brand new wrapped up packages of shingles.....certainly ones that I can use in the future if needed, so I kept them, I paid for them anyways. Not too big a deal either, I'm just saying. Despite these few minor negative comments, I HIGHLY recommend BCR and I would have them do another roof for me in the future, that is if Bing is involved.

My experience with Best Choice Roofing was awesome! After 2 hurricanes, so many of the homes in my neighborhood had roof damage. As a result, we had no shortage of roofing companies visiting our neighborhood. Of the 3-4 companies I spoke with, I really liked Best Choice Roofing and Nick Vaccariello! It all was a learning experience for my first roof replacement. Nick was just terrific through the whole process. Initially, my insurance company wanted me to use their roofing contractor. I objected, fought it, and Nick volunteered to communicate with the insurance adjuster. He definitely helped expedite the process! Nick and his team were always in communication with me. I felt very confident in selecting them and knew with all the roofs in the area needing repair, that they would eventually get to me. Mine is actually done a lot sooner than many of my neighbors.

I also liked that they use quality roofing product. I knew the Owens Corning brand. I had many colors to select from. The mid-gray color even has a bit of "blue" to go with my newly painted home.

The sub-contractors who replaced my roof did a great job - starting at 6:30am and finishing before 5pm. Everything was cleaned up to my review. I did have one broken ceramic planter that got unfortunately trampled, but they have ensured me that they will replace it.

Two words… Amazing job!!! From start to finish I could not have asked for a more professional, patient, and informative crew. At the beginning of my roofing project I spoke to at least a half a dozen roofing companies and received estimates, but as a nurse I was in over my head, that was until Antonio Rodriguez randomly showed up at my doorstep. He took the time to educate me on the differences between basic roofing supplies (shingles and underlayment) that insurance companies cover vs premium, and the drawbacks vs benefits. Especially with the concern for damages from hurricane level winds and even brought Samples of both to my home. The differences were very obvious to my naked eye and the information he provided helped guide my decisions on the type of roof and supplies I wanted, including who I would award the contract to. I used the roofing and supplies education Antonio provided and compared it with the estimates I received from the other companies. They all shared inflated overall costs and cheap basic supplies. I was able to make an informed decision and signed a contract with Best Choice Roofing, for a premium shingled roof with a platinum warranty. Their crew was Professional, courteous, conscientious of my surrounding property and clean up, and did such an amazing and timely job on my roof. Jeremy who supervised my crew was always a phone call away even on the weekend along with Antonio; they both were always available and patiently answered all of my questions, and educated me through the entire process. The project was a huge success in every area, I couldn’t be happier especially with the finished product, and confident in my roofing decisions. They will always be my future go to and I will be happy to recommend them to anybody I know in the future.
