The work itself was great, it looks amazing and was done quickly. Working with the office is a whole other story. There was never a permit placed onsite, but we do have a bright yellow tag from the City inspector regarding violations due to the permit not being there. During installation, the crew didn't cover our AC, so we were without air for 4 days and they broke an entire set of patio furniture. When all was said and done I ended up with a bill from the AC company as well as having one tacked onto my bill from Constructomax. While trying to work out the billing I was told that if we didn't pay in full we would get late fees ontop of everything else. Lynne in the office does not respond to any emails, and when you call the office you are told that Lynne is the only person who can help but she isn't ever in the office. It's been 2 weeks and all I can tell you is that I have a violation from the city, broken furniture and no communication. Please, let this be a lesson to your office in the importance of Customer Service & Communication.

The folks at Constructomax are awesome- Kevin & Bart kept us in the loop and explained the process as we went along. Carlos- The GOAT- that man can do anything on a roof! The ladies inside, Whitney and Abbie were outstanding as well! I've already recommended them four times!

After less than 4 years of a newly installed roof on brand new construction, the TPO portion of my roof started leaking. Called their office in Pinellas and after several tries finally got an answer. The lady rep said that they have scheduled a repair person to look at the problem. Never came! After making several calls with no answer over the course of 5 days, I had to come to the conclusion that they either don't care to back up their work or are out of business?

EDIT: A repair tech finally came early this morning with no notice from the office about time or day - they must be overwhelmed with projects where they can't be reached?

Keven Memes from ConstrctoMax installed our roof in 2017 to meet an FHA roof requirement to close the real estate transaction between us and the owners. It is now 2021 and our roof is leaking. My wife called ConstrctoMax on 04-07-2021for help with this repair. Upon talking to the receptionist my wife was told that the warranty was void as soon as the property exchanged hands. But she did agree to place a work order in to send a representative out to look at our roof. It is now 04-17-2021 and no one has reached out to set up a time or date for advice or a bid on repairs that should be made on our roof. It is clear to me that this company does not and will not back their work. But most disappointed in the fact that their first response is to void the warranty and invalidate any past jobs and future costumers. I will find a reputable company to complete my repairs and any future repairs that my home should need.

After interviewing 7 different roofing contractors i decide to do my roof work with Constructomax. They were the best choice. I highly recommend these guys they did an outstanding job, very professional team and a very reasonable price.

I always do my research and also get a few quotes before I sign any contract. I could not be more pleased with the entire staff at ConstructoMax. They did everything that was asked, they cleaned up at the end of the day, never heard any foul language and we asked that nobody smoke on the roof or on the property and nobody did. I am very very careful referring any company or person as its my reputation on the line just as much as the company or person. I was so please with them I have referred them many times and they are doing my parents house this week. You will not be disappointed

great communication!! My roof was fully tarped when they first came out. It was in way worse shape than I thought and i knew it was pretty bad. I was contacted multiple times throughout the process to approve the work as they went. Great company and the final job looks amazing!!!

In March 2023, a ConstructoMax rear-ended my truck on I-75, causing $6k in damages. Lynne Nemes, one of the owners of ConstructoMax, said they would pay for the damage and refused to provide insurance information. After discussing repeatly and openly for several days about paying for the repair, she stopped responding, causing me to go ahead and file our insurance claim. Constructomax ignored the insurance request for accountability. Lesson learned, of course, is to get the police involved immediately before parties leave the accident. Lesson for potential customers of ConstructoMax, in my experience, is to BEWARE of their ethics as they are dishonest and do not take accountability.
