Can’t say enough about this company and their employee Tyler. He handled the whole process from beginning to end with the reinstallation of the Solar after roof completed and everything in between. It was great they took my check from the insurance company for over $14,000, got the wrong tiles(didn’t say anything just put them up) they said everything was paid and not 1and a half years later they put a debt collector on us…… for $18,168.41. Why? I don’t know did they forget they got a check from the insurance company?! Why did it take them a year and a half to do this and by the way…..the roof leaks in my daughter’s room. Buyer beware

Highly recommend CM Contracting, from the beginning of the process until the roof install was complete CM made everything easy. They respond quickly and explain any questions you have. Big shout out to the crew that completed the work. Hard to find reliable contractors, but not an issue at all with CM Contracting.

3 stars because there's good and bad...First the good-the owner Jim Curry is great, resolved our problem fast and efficiently. That being said, we should NEVER have had to research to find the owner and contact him. Our new roof looks great but withholding judgement until our first storm to see how it holds up. Now, for the bad (and there's plenty). Tyler Curry (related?) came to our home after our neighbors told us they did a free inspection of their roof and we suspected there was some damage due to a few small leaks and when the wind blew we could hear some of the solar panels "flapping in the breeze". Also, we were part of the Fed Nat 66,000 insurance cancellations; the letter we received in mid May said our HO policy would be cancelled effective 6/29/22. Tyler tried to put us at ease, handled everything in the beginning stages efficiently, had the insurance adjuster out to our house quickly and got the claim approved by Fed Nat. The reason for the cancellation was the AGE of our roof-16 years. Our insurance agent told us if we had a new roof he could write us with any company. Our efforts to find replacement coverage were not getting results-companies wouldn't even give us a quote until the roof was replaced. This is when Tyler stopped being so helpful, so efficient, so competent. We did everything on our end to speed up the process (getting the mortgage company to endorse and return the checks from Fed Nat by 6/1/22, getting HOA approval, selecting roof color, etc.) The first step was to have the electric solar panels removed. Tyler ordered this from their subcontractors. The two guys showed up 6/24, took one look at the panels on the roof (42 of them) and said: "we're only licensed to remove POOL solar panels" and left. We called incompetent Tyler. After listening to him whine about how many customers he's taking care of, how many roofs going up, etc. he said he'd get someone here to remove them asap. That was several days later. In the meantime the dumpster was delivered (sat in our driveway with our new car parked in the street for 2 weeks) and the shingles. The entire timeline had to be pushed back due to Tyler hiring the wrong company to remove the panels.Here's the original timeline Tyler gave us: 6/22 dumpster delivery and solar panels removed, roof finished 6/23, final inspection 6/24 - plenty of time (haha) to secure new HO insurance before cancels on 6/29. Actual timeline: 6/22 dumpster/shingles delivery, 6/24 solar panels removed and roof started, guys worked until 6PM, 6/25 roof continued and guys left at 1PM with roof about 1/2 way done. No one told us they were leaving, or why, no one told us when they would return (we waited all afternoon) and when we called Tyler we got to hear him whine again about how many roofs he has going up right now and how many of his customers are in the same predicament we are, and oh, by the way "I'm in Pennsylvania with my daughter." If you have that many customers with our predicament and that many roofs going up I would think going to PA could be put off until your customers' roofs were completed before their deadline, unless the trip was an emergency. We finally found out (after much unneeded stress) that the roof requires inspection at about 45-55% complete. And Tyler said: "...that could take several days since we are at the mercy of the building inspectors. They come when they want, not when we want..." So, it's 6/27, we have 3 days before our insurance is cancelled and I walk outside and see the inspector is here and passed this stage. I came in and sent Tyler a message informing him so he could get us back on the schedule. On Monday 6/27 the Wind Mitigation Inspector is scheduled to come but had to be cancelled. 6/28 roof gets finished, Tyler is here and saying: "...when they're done they will clean up everything, you won't even know we were here." I admit I had some words with Tyler at this point - nothing like making us crazy waiting until the last minute... and he got mad and drove away. Long story but we had our final inspection the morning of 6/29.

We were not impressed with CM contracting. Tyler came out to the house and gave us an estimate without ever actually assessing the roof. All he seemed to be interested in was the amount of insurance money we had received. We did not hire this company to do our roof based on that.

I had roof damage from a previous storm and contacted CM Roofing. I had the pleasure of working with Nicco, who helped me every step of the way. Customer service with Nicco and team was outstanding. Any questions I had he was there to help with. I would highly recommend them.

Great company to work with. Camen was very knowledgeable and helpful. Entire process was extremely easy and smooth. Roof was replaced in a day and the crew left my house/yard with no debris. Would recommend!

Tyler was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Julie, from permitting, was very friendly and responsive to all of the questions that I had.
The installation team was prompt and got the roof done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly.
