I had a pretty bad experience with these guys. Chad Sherr was my point of contact. Really bad communication, job took way longer then quoted, and they left material on my front lawn for over 3 weeks and ruined the grass. Told they would be by the next day to pick up and no one ever came back to pick up. Called repeatedly and eventually just moved the material myself.

They put a black roof on the house when I had picked another color. This was the explanation I was given...

"spoke with Chad and he did receive your shingle selection. Then he found out that shingle was discontinued and just moved forward. I’m sorry no one reached out to let you know that. As for the soffit the roofing contractor will be going out to address that. It’s just that the guys that were there doing the roof do not do soffit work. They have a specialty group for that kind of work They will be replacing the soffit and getting the wood painted."

Soffit took another 2 weeks and looks horrible.

Gabe gave us our quote in a timely fashion and answered all of our questions – we were very confident that we made the right choice by going with Southern Pro Restoration after getting several other bids.

Matt was our foreman and he was very thorough in overseeing the project.

We are thrilled with our new roof and we love the color that Gabe helps us select. We were very impressed with how smoothly the process went from start to finish and we were especially pleased with the team that installed the roof. They were professional, hard working and friendly.

The team was mindful of our landscaping and did a great job of keeping a minimal amount of debris from our yard. Afterwards, both Gabe and Nick came by to magnetize around the house to pick up any nails which really appreciated.

This company is professional and pays attention to every detail from the initial bid to the final cleanup and inspection.

Amazing people, Nick helped me with getting my roof replaced through my insurance. He helped me with navigating alot of things from getting my solar panels off and with just dealing with insurance.
