Working with TA, Kiara, and David B. was a superb experience. We went with a roofing material very different from the existing roof. This was a labor-intensive effort that took 12 days to complete. The home/jobsite was left very clean throughout the process, and the final outcome left us with an amazing roof that gave our home a unique look to stand apart from the neighbors in the best way possible.

David Robles and his team are very professional and caring people. They would go the extra mile to help. For a number of years David has helped me through many situations. I looked at other roofing companies and Southern Pro was the best out of the others I reached out to. They provided great customer service and great workmanship on the roof. They cleaned up without any issues and the roof looks great! Kiara and David worked with my insurance company and the communication was exceptional.

We had Southern Pro come out to put a roof on our brand new construction home. Extremely punctual, fast, professional, they cleaned up after themselves and we have yet to find 1 roofing nail on the premises. They were able to put our roof on quickly and we have not had any issues with leaks or quality. Would highly recommend them as their staff and workmanship are outstanding.

I was very happy with Southern Pro restoration.Excellent service, very efficient. The roof I had replaced, is beautiful and I'm happy that they completed it with the squirrel protection screens I requested. The whole team was great. Southern pro was an amazing company to work with. Due to insurance reasons we have been working with this company for quite some time and Kaitlyn has been helpful through every step of the process. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs roofing work done.

Southern Pro restoration helped me every step of the way in replacing my tile roof. This was storm damage that required them to coordinate with my insurance company, my attorney, the design board of my HOA community and many challenges of the supply chain. The communication and estimates were excellent, and the quality of their workmanship was exceptional. The cost was very reasonable. Most of my communication was with David B. ,who walked me through the whole process! From beginning to end, this was a great relationship and would recommend this company highly.

I cannot recommend and regret using Southern Pro Restoration, a GAF Master Elite Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor, Tampa, FL.

Their roofing crew started work on my roof on October 7, 2019. They removed the old shingles, vents, etc. from my roof and then it began to rain. They did not have tarps, plastic sheets or anything else to cover the roof and protect the interior of my home. I had to furnish buckets, pans, wet/dry shop vac, etc. for them to use to collect water and clean-up. The water damage was so bad, my wife and I had to stay in a motel for 8 days.

As of today, February 27, 2020, Southern Pro has not reimbursed me for several items they agreed to pay for. It has been 3 months since I sent them copies of the receipts for those items and made several calls requesting payment.

They not only have not reimbursed me, they wanted payment for the “roofing job”.

Gabe and Southern Pro are amazing. I had a long litigation process with my homeowners insurance and when things were finalized Gabe honored the quoted price. They were able to schedule my roof job quickly and complete it just as quickly. The work performed was done well... and I am extremely picky (engineering degree)!

Awesome job Southern Pro Restoration, LLC! Roof done in 1 day, Scraped off 2 layers of shingles & replaced a lot of boards, cleaned up the yard. Had financing available, used peel & stick on the whole roof, not just in the valleys. Will lower my insurance premiums.

I was nervous getting our roof done not knowing what we were getting into. Gabe did an inspection with the roof adjuster from the insurance and they both agreed on the damage from hurricane. Gabe explained every step in the process he even called with follow up on what to expect next. The workers were reliable, nice, quick and no mess behind. Had an awesome experience. Southern Pro installed my large, steep roof about 5 years ago in the Southshore area, and it's held up perfectly. After the recent hurricanes, I had them come back out to inspect everything and they confirmed it's still in great shape even after 100+ mph winds and the rain continues to stay outside, right where it belongs! Top-notch workmanship, honest team, and great peace of mind knowing the job was done right the first time. Highly recommend them.

Southern Pro Restoration did our brand new roof last month. From our first contact with the company, selecting the shingle color, and working with Scott who co-ordinated his team with the builders, they installed an amazing roof. The house isn’t even completed and everyone complements us on our roof! It's a perfect, water-tight, smooth roof and their team installed it in just over a day. They cleaned up the site when they completed the job, making sure there were nails or debris left over. I highly recommend Southern Pro Roofing & Restoration. We needed a full replacement and our contact there, Gabe (one of the owners of the business), was extremely helpful in every step of the process. We actually were out of town when we arranged all the details and Southern Pro helped us take care of everything, including going out of their way to help us choose a color for our new roof, as we were not home for them to provide samples.

They completed the entire job - including cleanup - while we were away, so we did not have to hear all the noise that accompanies the installation of a new roof. And they used a superior shingle (GAF Timberline HDZ) at a price competitive with other estimates that did not quote a product of that caliber.

Glad to have chosen Southern Pro to replace my roof. When comparing different roofing companies Gabe promptly, professionally and patiently answered all my questions. The day of installation the on-site crew was professional, fast and accommodating to my request. Great experience, would hire them again.
