CM Contracting installed a new roof on my home. They id a wonderful job. The workers who installed it were friendly, polite and worked efficiently. The CM representative who worked with us, Mr. Tyler Fedorczyk, did a great job helping with the insurance process and setting everything up. I recommend this company.

CM Roofing goes above and beyond. They are prompt, responsive, hard working, and kind. Their entire team genuinely cares about their customers and all work together to make the roofing process quick and easy by walking the client through every step. Camen was wonderful checking in and constantly following up, making sure that the timing and work was top notch, Julie was always cheerful and quick to respond and reach out with any questions or paperwork. The roofers were also amazing and did an excellent job and clean up afterwards. If you are looking for a knowledgeable roofing company, with 5 star work and workers who care about you and your home- this is it!

After being burned by a previous roofing company, I was very skeptical when Camen came to our house. I have been nothing but thrilled with his customer service and CM Contracting! Our roof was installed by a hard-working crew in a very timely manner. Camen was extremely good at communicating and making the process easy. It seemed too good to be true - but it wasn’t. I would recommend anyone contact CM Contracting in northeast Ohio!

Worked with Camen on getting a new roof installed. He was very professional and good communications through the entire process. He made this whole transaction smooth and seamless with his follow ups and insuring all was progressing nicely. The crews did and excellent job with the install and the cleanup was superior. I was waiting to see how they did and have now referred them to a couple of our friends and neighbors.

Camen was absolutely the deciding factor for us when we selected the group. It was very noticeable that Camen understood the business. He took the time and explained everything that would be happening from beginning to end. He left no questions unanswered and each step was exactly as he described. My roof looks fantastic and the cleanup after was terrific. Camen even followed up with us days after the completion to make sure we were satisfied.

As a former contractor, I understand the logistics and planning for completing a big job. I don't recommend other contracts unless I've seen the quality of their work.

Tyler, Camen and his group were professional in every way. I addition, Marvin and his crew did an outstanding job repairing, and replacing my roof. His crew made sure the area around my home was cleared of debris and roofing nails.

Pretty much a joke, save your money and don’t hire them to file your insurance claim. Your sales guy is there to ensure the insurance adjuster approves the claim and that they know who and such - the first thing out of the insurance adjusters mouth is “I’m sorry do I know you?” That was the first red flag. Next I have no communication on when anything is going to get done but they make sure to get all your info so they get ALL the insurance claim money. The people delivering the material for the roof showed up randomly without my knowledge and had to come back. The next day they came back and put all materials on the roof, this took hours because one of the two people delivering the material was “scared of heights”. Next day the roofers were there to get all the work done, keep in mind no one told me they were coming. They knocked on my door at 7am to tell me they couldn’t do the roof. Apparently they hire roofers who don’t speak any English and told me the office tried to call me and let me know they were coming. The office called me back and admitted they didn’t call me to let me know and wanted to send me a gift card to make up for the lack of communication. Roofers came the next day to complete the roof. The roof was done just before dark and I thought everything was completed. A few days later the county inspector was out on my roof telling me that the roof wasn’t completed to expectations. After communicating with CM, they sent out the roofers again. The roofers rang my doorbell and had their niece on the phone to translate with me and ask what was wrong with the roof again the roofers don’t speak English and had no communication from CM besides “go back out there” - wasn’t notified what was wrong with their installation just told the roofer needed to come back to finish. Eventually they fixed what supposedly what was wrong with the roof but really didn’t get much confirmation. They made sure to notify me to ensure they get their payment. Sent their final payment 3 weeks ago and after multiple attempts I still haven’t gotten confirmation that we are all set and that I thankfully don’t have to deal with them again.

We started working with Tyler and Camen at the very beginning and then Camen became our direct contact for our roof. Camen was great to work with and very professional and responsive. He and Julie worked around my schedule which was very important to me. He handled everything from start to finish which made the process so easy for us. 10 men showed up and worked all day and had my roof done in one day and it looks really nice. They took the time to clean the area to my satisfaction. I would recommend CM Contracting if you are in need of a new roof. I do have one pending issue and I will come back to follow up on the process. My roof was just finished yesterday and when they were backing the dumpster into my driveway, they backed the dumpster into my garage door. I have been told that it will be taken care of and back to normal and for me not to worry. Stuff happens sometimes. So far everything that has been told to me during the entire process has been true. At this point, I am confident that my garage door will be repaired. Following up and getting the process to get my garage door repaired has already begun so I am happy about that also.

I would highly recommend CM Contracting for your roof replacement. Very professional and helpful from start to finish. Roofing crew did a great job with the tear-off and install and was very thorough with the cleanup…no nails or trash left behind. Kyle was great and very helpful with the insurance company getting the claim approved. We chose a Rustic Black architectural shingle that completely enhanced the curb appeal adding great value to our home. Couldn’t be happier.

Worked with Taylor and CM contracting to replace the roof in our house. Since the first day my wife and I met Taylor, he explained the entire process, he was there when the insurance company came to do the roof inspection and the removal and re-installation of the solar panels. Everything went very smoothly with the roof installation. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone for their roof needs. It was an amazing experience to had worked with him and his company. Attention to detail, work done within 2-3 days including full cleanup, spent one hour cleaning my pool after project, received immediate response via phone or text with any questions posed during the project. Mathew diligently guided me through every step of the process. C/M Contracting was highly recommended by three homeowners who had roofs replaced within the past year and were extremely pleased with the experience and results.

CM Contracting, Inc took care of everything since day one! Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sophia was great as well as guided me through all the step’s during the duration the roof work. CM contracting, Inc will guide you throughout all the process. Will deal with Insurance Companies and they are always successful. If you need a contracting company for roofing…stop looking…this is the one!

I contacted Tyler to have my roof inspected. He was polite professional and prompt. He explained every step of the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions and even explained the final steps after the work would be done.

Marvin and his team were great they showed me pics of where my roof had damage. They finished the roof in two days. Required inspections are the reason for the extra day or days.

My only gripe and it is a small one is when the crew arrived they taped the permit and inspection document packet to my exterior stucco. When I removed it, some of the paint came off of my house. Not a huge issue but perhaps they can find an alternate location to post these documents.

Kyle was exceptional to work with! Very professional, explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, great communication, took the time to really listen. I was always kept up to date with anything going on behind the scenes. I anticipated some headaches with the process, however Kyle and CM Contracting far beyond exceeded my expectations. The install was smooth, workers were on top of it and they left no mess!

Camen, was awesome to work with the entire process from start too finish. keep me posted of everything, when they order my materials, when they was going to deliver it, when they was going to deliver the dumpster and when they was going to start/finish my roof. That was really cool and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof installation. They also followed up after installation, making sure things was done right and I was happy with the finish product and clean up of around the house. The whole process was very professional and easy.

Katie and the CM contracting team were incredible to work with. They were kind, patient and very responsive, even on weekends.

They helped get us over the difficult parts with the insurance company and did an excellent job on the roof as well. Many of my very picky neighbors agreed and are also using CM contracting.
