Stephen worked with us on rebuilding our home after the flooding from Helene. We had to go back to the studs, replace the bathrooms and kitchen and appliances. Talked to Stephen almost daily, he kept us informed and up to date on progress and plans. Very easy to deal with and brought in great crews to complete all phases. Very happy with the results and glad to be home. Would recommend without reservations.

Steve Gold is hell on wheels and truly sets the bar at the highest point in his industry. My office building was destroyed (gutted) by Hurricane Milton, and I knew to call Steve. I’ve known him for years. Heck - it was because of him that I was able to pay off my mortgage on that building by selling me an inexpensive rental home that paid me well and became the instrument of paying off my office. When I told Steve about my office damage, he had his crew there quicker than I could believe. I was back in my building in four months. It’s brand new now. His crew is the best. He is a great real estate broker, a great contractor, an honest no nonsense guy, and a pleasure to deal with. Now I’m told him I was considering selling a couple of properties, and again, I was amazed at how quickly things are happening. I am so used to people being slow, or incompetent, or frustrating in any number of ways. Not a problem with Steve Gold and his company. Do I recommend him? I think it would be a mistake to choose anyone else. I give him my highest recommendation. I don’t write a lot of reviews. But this one is from my heart.

Steve and his team did an incredible job renovating our house. We had more than 36” of saltwater enter our house last year during Hurricane Helene and Steve helped us every step of the way - with demolition, repairs, new cabinetry, new roof, new HVAC, new water heater, new flooring, etc, etc. Steve was extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process and all of his subcontractors showed up on time, worked diligently, and insisted that everything they did was high quality work.

Gold Construction facilitated the removal of several large dead trees and 30 years of over grown landscaping, painted the exterior of our home, replaced toilets and light fixtures. Each member of Gold’s team were professional and prompt. They also worked with me having an elderly parent in the home while doing the work.
