Chris the estimater presented all of the options; the roofing team was great; then a quality control person came out and checked the installation; the installer returned the next to address the minor issues that QC identified. Tati contacted us multiple times to ensure everything was going as expected and to see if we had any questions. And, Tati followed up upon installation completion to ensure we were satisfied. I’ve never had a previous working send a QC or follow up likeTrust. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trust!!!!

This review is a review for commercial flat roof. after choosing trust roofing, I was worried about the choice I’ve made. Shortly after that, the roof was installed, and I was quite happy Efrain the contact I had was truly a gentleman, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. He did what he was said he would do in a timely manner. Thanks Efrain will call you again when my rentals need re-roofing.

We had a new roof installed about two years ago, and we truly couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience — from cost and craftsmanship to timeline and overall quality. The install process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and the finished roof still looks fantastic.

What really sets this company apart, though, is the service after the install. Since then, we’ve needed roofing support twice — once to repair a soffit after a hurricane and most recently to patch a section of the roof after a pipe was removed. Both follow-on experiences were just as positive as the initial installation. Communication was clear, scheduling was easy, and the work was done quickly and correctly.

My job was scheduled smoothly by Tatiana. The workman, Michigan showed up right on time and did a bang up job. Clean and professional. I was provided with pictures of the entire process and was impressed with the completed product.

It was as smooth as it could be. The crew on time and very polite. Everyone was knowledgeable and performed very professionally. No loud music! They did a good job protecting the surrounding areas including the well pump. Mr. Robert Gilmore did our permits and was diligent in obtaining our historic district approval in a very fast manner. The roof was inspected and approved without any hiccups.

The whole experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and got straight to work. I appreciated how clean everything was kept during the process. The airflow from the dryer is now much stronger than before.
