Once again, thank you to Trust Roofing—and especially to Efrain—for helping us resolve an issue that appeared months after the roof was completed. As always, Efrain’s immediate response and his dedicated attention to fixing the problem truly set this company apart from the rest of the roofing contractors in Pinellas County.

I had requested a temporary tarp installed on a Friday to protect a wind damaged roof on my home. The crew installed the tarp on Saturday. However, it was not secured adequately to hold in the wind, so at 6:00 on Sunday, in the wind and darkness, Robin, an owner, and Eddie, my salesman, were both up on my roof re-securing it just a couple hours before the impending rain. I would call that dedication to customer service.

A few years ago, when Robin and his crew, hadn’t been in Florida from California very long, he’s following in his father’s footsteps with this business. I can’t BEGIN to tell you how wonderful he and his team were! Now, this young man has grown his business based on “TRUST”, and they mean it! I’m hoping to not having to have another roof too soon but, when I do…TRUST me..I know who I will call! Congrats Robin, I’m proud of you and yours! Nona

Right from the very beginning it was nothing less than first class. Dallas was the salesman an Dallas is one of the nicest man I have ever met. I explained to Dallas everything that was going on an instead of me feeling as if I was being judged he said well then WE have to figure this out then. An WE did. He took the weight of the world off of my shoulders that I was carrying for awhile. I had other companies come an give me quotes but our minds were made up. The Trust Roofing company were not the cheapest or the.most expensive but they were by far the best at helping the customer an making them feel less stress an more than willing to help keep it that way. Dallas went above an beyond what he had to do. My Mom who is very sick,Dallas always said Hi an asked how she was feeling an always willing to get her what she needed. Efrain the project manager called me two days before the job was gonna start an explained to me how everything was gonna go an what to expect starting with the dumpster being dropped off. Efrain then called the night before just to check in make sure the cars were not in the driveway. The morning of the job Javier the foreman came an introduced himself as well as Dani an Russel the worked with Javier I can't say under him cause nobody acted like a boss. They all worked together to not only get it done but done correctly an the workmanship was incredible. They were all laughing an working extremely hard. No arguing just working an getting the job done quickly but also done right. Efrain went an extra step to make sure the right number of nails were in the hurricane straps to make sure when the inspector came there would be no question when I go to purchase homeowners insurance. They did not have to do that but they did without me having to ask. The communication from everyone at Trust Roofing was awesome. Everyone knew what was going on an if Efrain had to leave the job site to get material for the job he will not leave till he speaks to an the workers. If you have a question while he is gone you have his cell phone number to call an get a answer to your question. I would recommend this company everyday an twice on Sunday. If your needing a roof I would definitely want this company without question. If your fortunate enough to get Dallas an Efrain this book I just wrote, you would agree to everything I have said an when you write your review I am sure you will add to what I just wrote an will be telling everyone like I am. So happy I called Trust Roofing. They inspected my roof were honest about what was found, even though it did not mean a big sale. I will definitely recommend Trust!!!

Trust Roofing just finished installing my TPO roof yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Erol, the site supervisor, was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right. His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond throughout the whole process.

The workmanship is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. It’s rare to find a team that combines quality, reliability, and great communication, but Trust Roofing delivered all of that and more.
