I hired this company last year because my dryer needed to run multiple times to dry clothes. My dryer vents to the roof and I was aware it was an additional cost. When the techs came they said it looked fine and advised not to pay the additional cost to have it done. I ended up replacing my dryer, because I assumed it was an issue with the dryer because they said vent looked good. I pulled up my home inspection a couple months ago for an unrelated issue and it said dryer vent needed cleaning. I’m assuming techs were lazy and did not want to get on the roof to do their job. Had it cleaned today and this was pulled from the screen.

Nathan did a great job helping us out with our dryer vent and A/C. Would definitely recommend!

Would not recommend based on my personal experience. Technician looked at our system and said it was extremely moldy, in very bad condition, needed deep cleaning which would costs thousands. Told us it may be subject to failure soon without cleaning. Instead, decided to get a second opinion from a professional and licensed AC serviceman, who told us the unit was in exceptional shape with minimal cleaning required and proceeded to service the system for $75. Update: This review is strictly my opinions based on our experience and we refused a refund offered in exchange for removing this review.

I called this company because my fireplace stopped working after several months of non use. They were very responsive and told me upfront what the charge would be for the service call. I was able to get it working before scheduling the service call and I let them know this. They responded by giving me maintenance tips to keep the fireplace working even though they did not come out for the service call.

At some point I will have to replace the fireplace burner and when I do, I will definitely call them. Because of their level I f service, my husband asked me what other services they provide so that we use them for it if we ever had a future need.

Great experience! They even came early which was great. Mor vaknin was my technician. He quickly serviced my dryer vent and also took a look at the AC unit/vents to check for any bacteria. I honestly have very little experience with this sort of thing, so it was very helpful that he explained everything clearly. I'll definitely be hiring them again!

Very happy with the service and work. We had a UV light installed in our AC unit as well as a full cleaning and sterilization. Once he was there, we also had him clean out our dryer vent which was almost completely obstructed. Highly recommended

Mor was our technician and he did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure everything was spotless. Our ducts were really bad and were making me sick. Now I have a peace of mind that our air quality is good and have nothing to worry about.

I had such a great experience with Mor and his colleague. Mor was so informative, knowledgable, and genuine. I called yesterday to luckily get serviced today by these fine and professional gentlemen that did our duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning which we needed it badly (we got rid of two dryers only to realize the same issue with our brand new one) Mor showed us the results and we are so thankful. My husband stated that is the best customer service we’ve had since we moved here, and he’s not wrong. They left our home tidy and clean after the job was done. I hope Clean Air Pros rewards them for their hard work. They have us as loyal customers from now on and we will make sure to spread the word. We are so thankful.

Technicians were very courteous and provided information and updates about the work they were doing. I just wish that the extent of the basic vent cleaning had been made more clear

Technician diagnosed the problems quickly. Was very friendly and personable. Was able to resolve the issues with our fireplace quickly and at a fair price. Would recommend.

Nathan and his company were so professional. They were quick, very quick to communicate, and took the time to explain every step to me, from the first evaluation of my problem, through each part of the fix, installation, and inspection. Highly

Mor and Ray are very professional and knowledgeable. There is no hard sell with any services but they do note what's recommended and give different options with the prices. They are very clean and attentive to detail. They do great work and I am very happy with their services.

This company we highly recommend. Very professional and timely service from making the call for estimates and appointment, down to coming out and cleaning our home air ducts. These technicians, Mor and Nathan worked efficiently as they went from vent to vent, explaining to us what the process was as they worked answering our questions and they were very polite and considerate in our home . They both cleaned up immaculately after their work, in each room. They worked with intention to make us very happy, and confident with the results of the whole process. They also gave us clear recommendations on how to improve the quality of air and keeping our ducts and filters clean and maintained. Excellent service, and workmanship.

Clean Air Pros helped us after we had a new ac unit installed and discovered the air ducts were full of dust, dirt and other debris. After inspecting our system they provided clear options with a recommendation. In addition he explained the advantages/ disadvantages of each. We had our ducts deep cleaned and could tell a difference immediately. All inspected duct work was inspected and leaks were repaired which should save us on our ac bill. We highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend!! Excellent service all around. Nathan showed up on time, diagnosed and repaired the issue with our gas fireplace right away. We had had another fireplace repair company out before who charged a fortune and fixed nothing so I cannot express how appreciative we are to Nathan and Clean Air pros!

The experience with Clean Air Pros has been incredible. I feel much safer now that our ducts and HVAC system are cleaned and repaired, and a new UV light installed. Mor Vaknin assessed our situation and quickly developed a plan of action that I felt comfortable with, without any pressure. Nate was outstanding. He got our gas fireplace that hadn't worked in over 10 years working in less than 30 minutes! He also took time to clean up the fireplace before he left
