Nik was wonderful and easy to work with. Very thorough in explaining my options and made the process easy.

Very pleased and satisfied with the AHOY service. We lost air conditioning late on a Thursday and when I called Friday the soonest a technician could come was Monday. However, Adam, the owner, saw the Monday appointment and even though he had no available technicians working Saturday, he called to see if I would be home Saturday afternoon. He came and did repairs himself and we had "cool" back! That's the kind of service that keeps happy, satisfied customers.

I would like to say that Team Ahoy Cooling and Heating was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC from start to finish.
Natasha was so helpful at the very beginning. She answered all my questions and was so helpful in me making an informed decision to research my warranty documents. As it turned out was warranty was still intact.
The next day Nik arrive to my home well prepared to do the work that was required. He was kind and very helpful with answering all my questions and explaining things that I was not sure about.as it turned out, a very conscious decision was made not to move forward with the repair because of the age of the unit but I can assure you, moving forward, I will DEFINITELY call Team Ahoy to do any and all of my A/C repair work.
BTW...even my dog, Sherlock, approved of Nik.

I would definitely use them again.
They came out when they told me. Evaluated it and was able to get the parts in a timely manner and came out and installed the part In a timely manner.
I have several Mitsubishi ductless systems. They are great systems as long as you can get someone that knows what they’re doing, and these guys are on top of it… I’ll definitely will use them again.

This company tried to sell me a whole new a/c system which turned out to be completely unnecessary. I made a minor repair instead with another company and my system is functioning better than it has in a long time - a full year later. They also try to upsell you with every annual checkup.

Nick is the nicest, coolest AC guy! Definitely professional and knows his stuff!

Nick conducted a through maintenance check on my HVAC system and was very meticulous. Problems that were identified were discussed and options given. Throughout the process, Nick provided information that proved helpful in making a decision. At all times, I felt that my interests were considered foremost in our discussions. Once a plan was in place, Nick worked diligently to execute it. I recently selected Ahoy because of its good customer service reputation. It's nice to find that the techs are equally centered on the customer experience. Nick is thoroughly professional and represents the company well.

Great job by Nick! He showed up promptly, accurately diagnosed the problem, and gave us a range of repair options. Very professional and a good communicator.

Ahoy was amazing and they service both of our units. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything related to our air conditioning system, questions on water drainage and what were the best service options. They take their time and don’t rush the job which I appreciated. In our other unit Nick and Daniel helped us with replacing the refrigerant cap. And helped us navigate the maintenance.

Nik did a thorough job on my AC quarterly maintenance. He is professional and explains any issues or repairs needed clearly. Ahoy and their team have kept my AC running efficiently for the past 4 years. Their technicians are very experienced and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend them!

I have spent many years researching mini split units. It took a few years to find a company that would install a multi unit for our whole house. Chris has been great through the whole process. It has only been 1 year with our new unit and I have seen a drop in our electric bill. Thank you Ahoy for installing our new Mitsubishi multi unit.

The review is focused on the technicians who have come to the home. Nick has been our main man for the past 2 years, maybe 2.5, and he's very friendly, easy to talk to, and is someone who cares about his work. He doesn't rush his job and will gladly explain what he has done.

I had a fantastic experience with Anthony from Ahoy! He came to my house to fix my AC, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, but he was also really friendly and respectful. … Although my wife and I can surely state that Adam has brought up many excellent ideals Insistent design, to include in the Buildestimates such that it would bring our comfort levels to the pinnacle, which is what we want as this property will eventually be rented to traveling nurse, Who we respect to the highest level as they are (To a great extent) the people who make our nation well on a daily basis!
