I love Richard. He came quickly. His work was excellent. He was reasonable and he played with my dogs. A great plumber.

This company took advantage of my need, my shower handle broke and the first thing they said when they came in was that they could not give me a price until they find the piece. I found out that Delta the brand of the product, could offer the replacement for free. Bad way of doing business.

I have used Richard since 1987, but now I have a company and use him a lot more. He is reliable, honest, dedicated to his proffession, and does the job like he is a son working on his Mom house. That is the # 1 reason why I use him.... Fantastic. Charlie

Richard is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He actually completed my work a day early as he called and mentioned that he had some time open up. Recommended multiple options for the items I needed him to look at to ensure I was going to spend my money wisely and not overpay for what I need. I will definitely be calling him back for my plumbing needs.

Great experience and couldn't be happier with the result. Contacted Richard to install a bathroom sink. He was able to schedule the job quickly and and was in and out within about an hour and a half. The under-sink drain line that he put together hugged the wall, maximizing the storage space for me. All was completed with a good price. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Unfortuneatly the owners exact words "they would have someone out to my house by 10am next day".....Next day "Mary Anne" calls to reschedule because technician can't make it before 1115am. If your looking on time service I wouldn't call this company.

Riley was awesome he came and fixed something that other company was trying to charge thousands of dollars for, in no time at all. Now we have pur plumbing on speed dial. And I will be asking for riley.
