I do not like to leave bad reviews but, I waited 4 days for them to come give me an estimate and tech said he would call me that evening but never did, I called 2 days later for them to tell me they can't do the job, a phone call would have been nice. Was also told the company is just a 3 man team, that's fine just let your customers know, a waste of time is a waste of money for some of us.

I had a pipe that broke late one night. I called Doug that night and he came out the next morning. He was friendly, quick, and explained everything well. I was very impressed with his service!

Riley was amazing. He analyzed and solved my water heater issue quickly and efficiently. I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

Worst customer service out there! Maryann & Lisa perhaps receptionist both hung up the phone on me when I asked why I was being rescheduled. They had an appointment with me & I received a text stating plumber was on his way. But because I didn't reply back to their text (guess I'm not allowed to shower in the morning) they texted me and said they are canceling and I have to call back and reschedule. REALLY? and when I call and ask them about it the customer service reps get defensive, pass the phone back and forth & hang up on a potential customer. NOT HOW YOU SHOULD HANDLE BUSINESS! BE PROFESSIONAL as well as understanding that old folks can't move around that quickly & need some time to do things like shower in the morning without jumping to a cell phone text message.

Doug seemed nice when I first spoke with him, however customer service is an issue & NEEDS to be addressed!

Had water leaking out from air handler. One call to Doug he knew exactly what was wrong and was out first thing the next morning to fix it. Prompt and knowledgable always very professional I highly recommend this dependable company.

Had an appointment for 2-3pm today. No one showed up. I called them at 4pm and was told that an "emergency" job came up. It would have been nice "also professional to have notified me, so that I did not waste my entire afternoon. I could have gone to Lowes or Home Depot, got the parts and done the work in less time, even in my wheelchair.

It is hard to express how good a personal service these guys are; they have gone WAY ABOVE the ordinary every day company. They are nice friendly
guys with the expertise to do the job well and try their
best to satisfy the customer. Don’t pay attention to the negative comments on them , they do not fully represent the heart of this team. I’m just glad that the

Chris was sent over to our home due to a horrible clog in our only bathroom, He was beyond helpful, fixed the problem immediately, probably the best service I've ever had. If your looking for a plumber Pur plumbing is where to go. Prices are reasonable and the service is great!

Craig did an outstanding and timely job replacing our garbage disposal and

eliminating our clogged drain. Craig was professional,neat and honest(cost of estimated repairs was less than estimated because snaking the drain was not required )I would highly recommend pur plumbing

I am highly impressed with the service and quality. I had PUR come out and Doug was actually the man that came out. It was 'Sir' "Yes Sir" the entire time. I was so impressed with how polite this young man was. You don't find that kind of service with a smile in this day and age anymore. Not only that, it was such a tight squeeze for the new tank to fit and Doug really had to work hard. I watch as he and his other guy worked a good solid hour to try to fit it and successfully got it to work. I was highly impressed they didn't break anything or even feel the need to cuss or hollar. They are a dream team! I would highly recommend them in the future and will use them again and again.

We had an issue that came up late on a Saturday where we could not get our shower to cut off. After trying to fix it myself unsuccessfully, I called PUR and Chris answered. He was on another job almost an hour away, but that did not bother him...he said he'd be done in 10 minutes and he would see me in an hour. Sure enough, an hour and 10 minutes later he was at my door. He quickly identified the problem, and even ran to Home Depot to get the part. He was very professional, had a great sense of humor even though we were job number 7 on a 12 hour day, and the price was very reasonable - especially considering it was a Saturday evening. I highly recommend PUR and if you get Chris, you will be very happy.

What a great company. Was on the phone with Paul about a plumbing issue with my sink and the advice he gave me helped get my drain unclogged. It’s great to see business’s that really do care about there customers. He didn’t even have to come to the house but with his service over the phone he has created a customer as long I live the area. I will be calling anytime I have a problem.

Our kitchen sink had leaks under the counter and I did the usual "mister-fix-it.," and the problem grew larger. I reached out to Pur Plumbing and Chris was amazing! He was able to diagnose the problem and use only parts needed. His friendly upbeat attitude is true example of how this is a great company.

Can't say enough good things about this company and its owner. Woke up to a leak in our dining room ceiling, coming from the upstairs bathroom. Doug arrived fast, on a Sunday, quickly found the problem, fixed it and saved us money. Got us back in business for Super Bowl Sunday! We have used PUR Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

We had our families Rinnai water heater cleaned and serviced by technician Paul. Not only was Paul on time and knowledgeable in his field of work, but took the time to explain the process and passed on useful information on our tank-less water system. Not only will our family use Pur Plumbing again, but I will recommend them to customers in my field as a residential home inspector. Thanks again!

Doug, with help from Bryan, installed a large water heater in a closet that also contained an air handler. Where other plumbers either refused to touch the job due to the tight space or pushed for a smaller water heater, Doug took the job on and installed the large water heater. I couldn’t be happier with the install. Also, Maryann was a pleasure to work with while she scheduled the install appointments for Doug and the county inspector. The inspection passed with flying colors. In a New York heartbeat I would highly recommend Pur Plumbing, Thanks Doug.

These guys came out in the heat today and worked their butts of and did one heck of an excellent job!! My yard where they laid the new lines looks better than it did before. The main guy was Chris I believe and man him and his helper did some of the best work I've ever seen!! Very decent pricing considering they were here for 4 + hours!!! I would highly recommend Pur Plumbing again to anyone!!

I am the maintenance director for a skilled nursing home in new port richey and had the good fortune of finding PUR Plumbing about 2 years ago when having issues with hot water in our facility. Doug was able to find the issue that several other reputable plumbing companies in the area were not able to find. Pur Plumbing is honest, dependable, pricing is fair, and service is always prompt. They have the tools, the knowledge, and they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time. I have since used PUR Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs from emergency drain clearing, minor and major leak repair, and equipment installation. If you need a plumber for any reason, look no further than PUR Plumbing Inc.

We were in a rental home, and the landlord was not responsive. Whenever we would flush the toilet, poop would come up in the tub. When we washed clothes, the garage would flood and the dirty water came up in the kitchen sink. The landlord was not responsive, so we called Pur Plumbing at 7 pm on Tuesday night. At 8 pm, he was there, and he came back the next day. The price was reasonable, although he had to honestly tell us that the problem couldn't be fixed without tearing up the walls and digging up the foundation (a previous tenant had apparently put concrete and rocks into the system).

We moved out of the rental house, and purchased a home. Every home has a few issues, and we wanted to find ours and deal with them. We called Pur Plumbing again. Again, he came right out and got to work. He fixed several small things and also replaced the water heater, which we knew was at the end of its life when we purchased the home. He actually talked us out of the more expensive continuous supply water heater and made sure that our needs were met for less than half the cost.

He is honest, responsive, and always pleasant. He even wrote a report about the issues at the first house that convinced our landlord to let us out of the lease.

I had issues with my toilet running and my water line leaking. Called Pur plumbing this morning and Patrick came out at 3p that same day and was quick, polite, and efficient. I am happy with his work and their prices seemed fair, however, I did not shop around as I needed someone urgently. I would recommend them.
