Chris was sent to my home on one day's notice to replace 2 shutoff valves and hook up a new faucet in my laundry room deep sink.
Although the space was very tight and awkward, Chris did an excellent job and is a credit to the company . He was able and very competent in explaining just what he was going to do and he did it with a minimum of inconvenience
I would definitely recommend PUR plumbing do all my future plumbing needs

We purchased our brand new home a month ago and we had the same boring new construction sink everyone gets. Not only did we have that awful sink, we also had some of the push valves that are absolutely unreliable.

We called Pur Plumbing to get all of the above issues addressed. George showed up to my house, changed my sink out and also those valves. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

George was honest, professional and respectful. When someone asks who I use for plumbing, my first and only response will be George with Pur Plumbing.

I had the best experience with Pur Plumbing. They did such incredible work, installing new fixtures and fixing a poor plumbing job in my home. My shower is absolutely incredible now. Plus the price was reasonable and everyone there was so kind. They are true professionals, and I will be recommending them to everyone!

I used Pur Plumbing in May 2022 when our house flooded due to a water filtration line leak and they were very responsive and came within an hour. Riley was efficient, professional and took care of the problem very quickly.
Fast forward to Jan 3, 2025 we called again due to a plumbing back up. Again, very responsive and Lisa was able to have Riley come out same day!
Riley again was very efficient, professional, friendly and had the issue resolved within an hour and a half!
Very reasonably priced, knowledgeable and definitely take care of their customers!
I will always use Pur Plumbing for any plumbing needs and highly recommend to family and friends!

I had a rheem smart water heater which required a rep from rheem to diagnose I called several local plumbers who could not help me then I left a message at trinity plumbing and a short time later I received a call from Tom and he actually talked me through a solution to solve my problem many thanks to Tom I would highly recommend trinity plumbing very knowledgeable and courteous.

This company was assigned to me thru my home warranty company. I originally got an appointment time frame window from 11am - 3pm est. The company then text me narrowing the time down to 11:30-12pm. I work from home and was anticipating their arrival in that time frame.
I got a text at 10am saying technician was on the way. I saw it about 8 minutes after it was sent. In that text was a link provided with the technicians contact info and a map to track their proximity to your home. It showed him about 2 minutes away. I’m calling him repeatedly, no answer. I text, no answer. I can see he’s getting further away. I go to call the main company’s number which is listed as an 866 number and when you click the link it turns to an 863 number (which makes sense for a FL based company) and no answer. Then I dialed the number manually and the 866 number goes to a roofing company in TX.
Then finally a woman from a different 863 number calls from company saying her guy tried to come to house and called me but I didn’t respond and they need to reschedule. I explained to her I was not called by them and questioned how I was getting rescheduled when it was not even my schedule time frame at that time (it was like 11am so still before window). She stood silent for like 3 minutes like she muted me and said “yea sorry I’ll call you back in like 10 minutes so I can figure this out.”
I immediately called my HW company and requested a different company. If initial contact was that bad, I do not want them in my home making repairs. Terrible company.

This company was assigned by my home warranty provider. They never answered the phone when I called to confirm service and switched my appointment three times further delaying service. They sent the home warranty provider to their voice-mail as well. I could've received service from another company while waiting on them and now have to have my claim reassigned while wasting more time. I would not recommend them at all.
