I can not express enough how happy I am to finally find an AC/Heat Pump company that has a knowledgable and friendly staff. Of course, our heat pump stopped working during the coldest part of Tampa weather. William Carver came out an had us running with heat in no time. He also educated me on the heat pump cycles and what I can trouble-shoot myself if I feel cold air blowing through the vents. He didn't try to upsell me or tell me I needed some magical part that costs a couple of thousand dollars. Nope. William started with the least expensive fix first and worked up from there. I highly recommend Bloomingdale Air to anyone who feels like that other company is spending more time upselling them instead of listening and educating. My hats off to William and Jen (she's the one who books the appointment so be nice to her)! I look forward to the Spring service in preparation to our summer months.

My service tech David was courteous, polite and explained everything as he worked. He actually did more than the job. There was a part of the unit outside of the “box” just laying there that should have been inside and ants inside the machine. He attached the part and sprayed the ants with my ant spray. I was absolutely impressed with how efficiently he worked. He was nice to boot all that and he got my A/C up and running I would highly recommend him and the company if anyone is ever needing any help in this area. The company was quick in responding to my call and had someone out the next morning. Thank you again. A1 in my book.

I am incredibly thankful for the expertise they brought to my HVAC system—they diagnosed the issues quickly and handled everything with total transparency.
