Called Bloomingdale Air and notified them my AC was non stop running. They came out same day and trouble shooted and noticed I had mutiple leaks from condenser coils and almost no freon. Bill was very open on cost of repairs versus investing in new system and gave me options. Bill was not pushy on getting system replaced. It was determined due to age of system it would be beneficial to replace. Bill and his installers came out two days later and had my system replaced in no time. All i can say is, this company is extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. Very professional!!!! Crew made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving. HIGHLY recommended Bloomingdale Air to anyone needing AC attention. Thank you Bill!!!! Job well done my friend!!!

The best, again! I fully rely on David. Amazing. Genuine expertise. They came fast and resolved a prior misdiagnosis. They worked with Carrier to find a part under warranty and managed the warranty process. They kept me informed and were prompt on each visit. They did what other companies were willing and unable to do. This was a rare experience with a small company that knows what it takes to get customers and keep them. I will rely on them in the future and strongly recommend them.

Bloomingdale Air is simply outstanding. David did an absolutely wonderful job installing our AC system early last year. His attention to detail is obvious and he is meticulous and very careful with his planning. When we recently experienced an issue, David came out same day and easily diagnosed the problem (clogged drain), fixed it quickly and completed a check of the system to ensure there were no further corrections needed. Technical engineers like David are Bloomingdale Air's greatest strength. They show care for customers and I highly recommend them for AC installation and service.

Bloomingdale Air was recommended to me by my brother-in-law who had always had a good experience with the company. I understand why. Sean did an excellent job servicing our AC units. He was courteous and explained any issues that he ran across. He was honest and easy to talk to and I felt comfortable discussing the service with him. He was right on time and left every area clean. When he left, I felt that my units had been thoroughly cleaned and were optimized for the summer heat. I would recommend Sean and Bloomingdale Air to do the job fairly and not try to over sell you on "what you need". I really appreciate the service I received.

The tech was on time and very polite. He was also very professional and explained everything he was doing and why. Something that I really liked was he wasn’t trying to sell me something instead of fixing what I had. As far as pricing it was very fair. He even told me up front what he thought it was going to be and was right on target, no surprises. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. And they will be my a/c company from here on out. It’s a shame that all companies aren’t as honest and good as this one.

Great experience! Came out same day! No sales pitch, no pressure. David addressed our A/C issues, offered us a few solutions and explained the pros of cons of each. Will definitely be calling again if ever needed.

Our 17year old AC system stopped working and we called Bloomingdale Air since they have repaired our system before. Bill came right out (we happened to live near him) and diagnosed our problem. “Your compressor died and with this age of system your AC is no longer repairable.” Bottom line... we needed a new system. The next day Bill brought us two portable AC’s to help keep our house comfortable while we wait on the new system to arrive. He gave us 4 different options for replacement units and we picked one out that matched our budget. Bill was very professional, helpful, and informative. Justin was our installer, and he arrive on time and installed our new AC in half a day. Very professional, clean and friendly! Justin’s attention to detail and quality of install were better than when the AC was originally installed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering we weren’t expecting to have to buy a new AC system. We stayed comfortable and informed the whole week. Thanks Bloomingdale Air!

Fantastic! David did a great job getting my AC unit up and running again. I had a not-quite surface level issue - a compressor that was running but not compressing enough. David took the extra time to perform a methodical and systematic approach to diagnosing the root problem, and he stood by his diagnosis instead of trying to sell me a new unit. He recommended a new compressor for the condensing unit which he installed quickly a few days later - now my AC is working to a nearly new spec. I was worried I'd have to replace the entire unit for substantially more money. Additionally, he took the time to educate me on anything I asked about my AC system. Everything I saw was done professionally - he recovered refrigerant properly, he purged the system with nitrogen, his truck was extremely organized (wish I had his Milwaukee pack-out setup). basically the opposite of your average sketchy AC guy.

Bloomingdale Air was highly recommended to me. David Peralta, came out to our house. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He tells it like it is. Does not try to push you into anything you can’t afford. He works for the customer. Explains the options without being pushy. We highly recommend this company!!!

July 2020 my AC stopped working at the hottest time of the hottest month! Of course, many other people also had AC problems at the same time.

I called Bloomingdale Air on a Tuesday and my special order part was installed the following Tuesday. Considering the part and ordering time from the factory, I am very pleased.

I received professional, competent, and friendly service from the wonderful lady in the Bloomingdale Air office who took my call and Senior Tech David who came out the day after I called and then installed the special part when it arrived. He obviously was highly skilled, very orderly in his work, and a great guy too.

David called before he came, showed up on time, fixed the problem so that I am writing this from a cool house!

Price was less than I expected, quality more.

I tell everyone about Bloomingdale Air because they’re amazing (even though, selfishly, I want to keep them to myself so they don’t get too busy). We’ve been with them for over 10 years and won’t switch to anyone else. Our usual service is preventative maintenance, but they also replaced our thermostat and A/C unit a few years back. They’re always reliable, friendly, and affordable, and you don’t have to go through a ridiculous phone tree to reach them, which is a rare find these days.

Timely and excellent service. AC tech very knowledgeable and clearly explained the problem and it's solution.

Our 25 year old worn out system finally gave out. We have had Bloomingdale Air do some work on it before so we called. Jennifer would have a tech call us. Dave got right back to us, we discussed the limited options we had in repair because of it's age, and so but because it was so old we decided it was best to replace it. We were so pleased with the service they gave us in the past, that we knew we could trust them to get us a new system. Bill gave us a quote for a quality brand AC at a fair price. The quality of the installation done by Megan and Justin was over the top. Their experience and attention to detail was obvious when I saw the finished installation. I could see that both of you took pride in your work. Every person in this company has been friendly and professional and made us feel so at ease.

When your AC goes out you have to be very selective on who you call to your home. I initially went through my home warranty and they sent a company out. My interaction with that company made me feel very uncomfortable. So I called the Bloomingdale Air who has been servicing my system for the past couple of years. Master Service Technician David called me to see what was going on. He immediately made me feel comfortable about fixing my system. David came and diagnosed the issue immediately. He got the part from carrier the next morning and repaired and had me up and running. David broke things down in a way that I could understand it. The cost was beyond fair and David did not try nor attempt to up sell me. If you need a company to service your unit or someone that can get you back up then trust this company!

I had a failed AC unit.

David from BloomingdaleAir quickly identified the issue as bad capacitor, replaced it and had the system back again. He also verified the compressor was fine. His explanations were professional, complete and he’s pleasant to deal with. He also looked at the upstairs unit, replaced the soon-to-fail capacitor on that. Saved me thousands $$$$. When I initially placed the appointment, the technician (David) called me back within 5 minutes. So setting up the appointment was super convenient, and they showed up on time.

I called BloomingdaleAir because a couple of days ago another local company ( rated 5-star on Google) told me my compressor was gone and I had to either buy a new compressor or a new whole unit ( both options in the thousands of $). So glad I got a second opinion.

I'm so glad I read the reviews of others. This company is the best. As a first time home owner, I had an issue with my Ac unit on 9/18. I called the Ac company that installed it but they couldn't give me a reasonable time frame to fix it. I goggle Bloomingdale Air, told the lady on the phone my problem. She told me that David will call me in less than 20 minutes I received a call from David. David is a God sent, immediately I told he what was going on, he advised me to turn off my AC immediately. I'm so grateful for that advised because it save me from getting into major issues. That same day, David came and fix my AC unit. And it wasn't even expensive yeahhhhhh. He went ahead and explained everything that I need to know. Thank you David for a job well done.
