Nobody wants to call around for an emergency A/C repair at midnight on a Thursday - but if you find yourself in that position you WILL want to call My AC Guy. Scott was prompt, polite, and clearly experienced.

His prices were fair and he stuck to his upfront quote without trying to upsell me or take advantage of the situation.

Throughout my repair I was kept well informed and provided with multiple, clearly explained, options to choose between as issues came up.

There were little thoughtful things that I appreciate - it was late when he got here so he called my phone instead of ringing to doorbell so as to not wake the house. He made an effort to leave the work area cleaner than he found it. That kind of respect and courtesy goes a long way in my book. When you call after hours you get him, not an answering service.

I would highly recommend Scott - he definitely is, and will continue to be, My AC Guy.

Went over the system with us, showed the pics of measurements and recommendations. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is he has the experience of working with the big guys for years, but as a sole business owner he brings the mush lower prices — do yourself a favor and go with this guy.

Scott is great. He arrived early fixed the problem in no time with my ac unit. No upselling just straight to the issue. He also answered a side question of why my carpet in the closet would get wet due to a shower issue. Highly recommend him.

Got a Daikin two head mini split, one in garage and one in master bedroom ( my room is furthest from system and is usually 8 degrees hotter than the house) and UV air sanitizer and insulation above my garage. Can’t say it enough, Scott is the real deal!! No trying to over sell or over service. While the others who quoted tried to sell me on a $20-30k to get a mini and replace my two year old unit, Scott listened to us and worked with our budget and needs. Has licensed contact for electrical with reasonable prices. He even cleaned up the mold growth that was starting to grow on the AC part that’s in the garage. My garage where my gym is a comfortable 76 and my room is at a delightful 70. No more window unit racking up my electric bill :) For the first time since I moved into my house I have been able to put the regular AC at 75 and not run it constantly. Scott and his install team are very friendly and professional. He is now My AC Guy for life.

Customer for over 5+ years. Ahmad Bayyat arrived within window time I was given. He was very professional and courteous. Gave me a suggestion on how to keep drain line cleaned on monthly basis instead of waiting until I replaced A/C filter.

Detail minded. Took a longer than normal amount of time, but was very detail minded. Did everything that was expected in extremely hot attic (temp in attic over 120). Told me everything that was completed and what was left as he was doing his work.

Love this company!! Ahmad Bayyat's has been performing yearly maintenance on our AC system for the last few years. This year after completing the full maintenance, he noticed we needed to increase our blower motor’s speed and adjusted it, to avoid extra condensation in the attic unit. As always, Ahmad and Marlin James go above and beyond to take care of their clients!!!
