Adrian with Marlin James did a wonderful job on my maintenance service last week. I have used Marlin James for years--whether servicing my old unit, finally buying a new one or maintaining the new with "Red's Club"------they always go above and beyond!!

Two technicians arrived ready to get the job done. Both were knowledgeable and professional who know what they were doing.
Any questions I had were answered and explained completely.
They did a terrific job.
I've already recommended them to severable neighbors and friends who are in the market for new systems.

Ahmad has come by my home twice for service and repair. He is precise fantastic funny and very much appreciated in a world filled with those looking to take advantage of others. Kindness in a service call is overrated. Had some issues making sure repair could get in this day and he worked from 6-8 and worked his butt off to get it up and running. A great chat about his daughters in university too doesn’t hurt to pass the time!

We are AC company refugees! We had the same company for 40+ years & they sold the company. We were not happy with their new folks. We switched to Marlin James and WOW! What a great decision! Today Ahmad Bayyat was our tech. He did an awesome job!! He was very patient with us and really did a high quality job.
Marlin James now has some more new loyal customers!

Emergency service on a non operation air conditioning unit. Thankful for Steve’s expert capabilities, wonderful customer service, cleanliness of the work area and insightful explanations of the system. I really appreciate his support on a Friday night and getting us back working in a quick manner.

Was referred by our plumber. They are honest and reliable he said. We called and they came out next day for estimate. 2 days later all of our a/c ductwork was pulled out and replaced within a few hours. The gentlemen who did the work were courteous and respectful. We are very pleased. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you so much.

I have used Marlin James (MJ) for more than 23 years and they have been fantastic! I had original Bryant units installed in 2001 on a brand new house and they lasted for 24 years all under the care and service of MJ with no major issues. It was time to install more efficient units so I again turned to MJ. Allen immediately came to my residence and I had a quote within 24 hours. From the time I signed the contract to the installation date was under 3 days!!! With 5T and 2T Lennox units to be installed, this was a full two day job. Day 1 was the 5T ton unit suspended above the garage. Day 2 was the 2T unit in an upstairs closet. I had the same crew both days and they were fantastic. We had a little trouble with the condensate drain line from the 2T unit but the installation crew did not leave until the service technician was satisfied the problem was resolved. I could not have asked for better service! From the initial call to the full installation was only 7 days!!! Take a look at these two new 15 Seer Lennox residential units - just beautiful!!!

Excellent service! Super helpful and friendly while explaining what was happening and how they were evaluating the situation.
They explained each step, what they were looking for her, what the expectation was for the Reid out and anything we could do In the future, if any similar situations arose. They stayed long enough to make sure everything was working properly and answered all questions that I had. Really grateful to have a reliable company that I can depend on!

Pedro Campos did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with his input and work. Having the maintenance service done is the best we could have done.

Marlin James never lets us down! Pedro was our service technician and he was great! Our pump was clogged and full of slime; he took the time to show me what was going on, to thoroughly clean it, and then show me that it was working before he left. He even called the office for me to get info about the Red Club to prevent issues like this in the future. Thank you Pedro and Marlin James for exceptional service!

This is the first company that I call when I have any issues with my AC! Living in Florida, not having air is NOT an option! I was pleasantly surprised when I called yesterday from work, and I was able to get an appointment the very next morning since it was my only day off. They never disappoint, and this time my technician was David Linson. Just as with any of the technicians in the past, he was prompt, extremely knowledgable, and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for service! A sincere thank you to both David and to Marlin James for being a company where integrity and craftsmanship still mean something!

The team at Marlin James did an absolutely wonderful job Installing a new compressor, air handler and ductwork. Christopher Warren and the team were knowledgeable, courteous, and hard-working, and did an outstanding job going above and beyond to make sure the system was up and running correctly. They care about the customer, and I highly recommend them!

My technician Ahmad is always super nice. He does an excellent job of taking care of our A/C unit. He asks if I have any questions and offers solutions if we have any issues. I find him extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We are very satisfied with Bloomingdale Air and will use them for now on. We called they were nice and friendly and was able to come out the same day. They sent us the appointment confirmation and the tech information. Our tech David Peralta was great. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything while he was working on our AC.

This is the third time I've used their services for my old AC system. I called in the morning, was told I'd get a call back from Dave. He called 20 minutes later and we set up a time.

A few hours later, he showed up, replaced the broken part and everything was great. Always professional, always timely and a great company to work with. I will continue to use and recommend this company to everyone I meet.

We had Bloomingdale Air install our AC two years ago. They did an excellent job with the install. Very courteous and professional team. They come back and perform our annual maintenance and always with the same professionalism. They are always on time, and do a superior job. Highly recommend!
