Marlin James and their technician Steven have been doing their best to resolve my a/c issue as we are dealing with a part supply issue. They have come out on the same day I call when my a/c goes out to get me cooled again pending receipt of the part needed to effect a more permanent solution.

UPDATE: Three months of a new unit, which I am paying a huge loan on and now for the second time, the outside unit is not working. The claim the first time was loose wires, now it's in the 30's and I have no heat. This is unacceptable for a brand new unit. When calling for emergency service, I only get a call center which responds poorly with "the office opens at 8". It certainly seems to me that no one cares, I'd really like to know their definition of what an emergency is. I paid you over 9k for a new unit that does not work with temperatures near freezing, that is an emergency as far as I'm concerned.

Marlin James did an excellent job of installing a microwave and installing a ventilation shaft from the microwave out through the roof. They coordinated with our roofing contractor to properly vent the exhaust out of our kitchen. They were very responsive, professional, answered all our questions and provided an accurate quote. I would definitely use them again for any A/C needs. Thank you Carlos and Marlin James!

My Air Handler was covered and caked on with cat hair and dust so the Air Conditioner stop breathing therefore it stopped working. It was 90 degrees in the house! I called Marlin James Inc. and tech Steven Correll came late at night after hours and cleaned it up, all of a sudden then the air came back on, it can breathe again! Steven recommended to have the coils pulled and deep cleaned, so I will be scheduling that. Thank you Steven for explaining to me everything on the air handler that I need to maintain.
