We had an awesome experience with Fire and Ice. The level of expertise and professionalism is what drew us to working with them, and they definitely delivered. A tech from another company mis-diagnosed the problem at first, costing us time and hundreds of dollars. Our job wasn't exactly straight-forward, but Fire & Ice to properly diagnose the problem and worked with the manufacturer to find the best possible and most economical solution. Let me tell you about my favorite vendor of all time…Fire & Ice Heating and Cooling. Jason really came out after hours, inspected my AC, found the problem, worked hard, called a supply center, drove to said supply center to get a very specific part, drove back to my house, repaired the AC, cleaned up after himself, and provided a great price for all he did. This means so much because the bar is set pretty high, I have a medically fragile child that cannot handle heat. I’m not talking a diva who doesn’t like to deal with it. She will literally have a medical episode that could land her in the hospital. Jason was so efficient and gracious. He truly is our hero.

One guy even tried to sabotage my unit forcing me to get a new one. I called Fire And Ice and they quickly scheduled me in.
