Just purchased my home in late January and of course my very first repair would be my Ac in the middle of the summer! I called a company I will not name, received a time slot and of course was told they would be there.... when the company never arrived I chose not to call the other company to figure out what time they would make it but to call fire and ice. Jason told me he would be here between 3-3:30. He arrived promptly and got to work immediately not only did he fix the issue he also took the time to give me tips on my outside drain as well as things to look out for with the ac unit. I have been left with a new ac capacitor as well as a new trust in my ac repair company for future jobs thank you Jason for everything!

We were very impressed with Jason from Fire and Ice! He is without a doubt the BEST at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop every step of the way with our repairs. He was always prompt, if he was running a few minutes behind we would get a text. He also returned every text we sent.

Jason is exceptionally knowledgeable and always took the time to explain what was needed to make the repair.

We have a commercial freezer that was not keeping temperature. Fire and Ice were able to come out the next day. Diagnostic fee was reasonable. Turned out we had a pinhole leak that needed repair and coolant refill. They had to add valves to allow the unit to be refilled as well. Gave an estimate, well below half the price of a new unit. Set appointment to return in two days. They arrived early, were quick, efficient and clean. They originally estimated 6 hours but finished in less than four.

We recommend Fire and Ice and they will be the first ones we call for any service in the future.

I've been using Jason for a couple years. He is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Jason will always be my go to guy for A/C.

Jason was quick to respond to my request and even came out on a Sunday morning to clear my drain line! He is personable and friendly. Jason is very knowledgeable about his trade and took the time to educate me about my unit and how to maintain it. I now have my go to HVAC person.

Jason came out to my house quickly to take care of my AC which was starting to freeze up, going through spells of working and then suddenly not working. He came in and cleaned everything up. I had been part of a another AC companies maintenance program and it is very apparent to me that they were not keeping everything cared for. So glad that I found him! Jason and Jen are AMAZING! They are great at what they do, my AC is ice cold, but why I stick with them it is because they are HONEST AND FAIR! As a single mom, I always get the people that want to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I have never felt like that with Jason and he responds quick! Best thing is he gets back to you within 30 minutes of you calling him that you are having a problem. Really takes the anxiety out of having an AC or heating problem.

Jason did a great job repairing the Air conditioner in my house. He diagnosed my electrical problem and then repaired it at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend him.

We called Jason on a Tuesday night and he was here on Wednesday and fixed our problem. Very professional and friendly. Explained the problem thoroughly and took care of it. Would definitely recommend him to all of my friends.

We had a previous installer do a terrible job and we contacted Jason and Jen to fix our issues with our unit. They are very reliable and professional. They get the job done the right way. Will 100% use them again if we have another issue.

Update: Had a second issue with a different unit. Jason fixed it with no problem. Very happy with the way he runs his business. He won't try to nickel and dime you and will even lower costs if things take a less amount of time or materials than anticipated.

Dealt with Jason who helped us with a last minute inspection for a home we are thinking of purchasing. Jason came out last minute and calmly dealt with some scheduling issues we had with coordinating between tenants and real estate agents. He showed up right away and got to work.
