We contracted Air It Cool to replace our aging outdoor unit but ended up replacing both the air handler as well as the outside unit along with a new digital blue tooth thermostat.
The crew arrived on time. They were all polite, quiet, friendly and most importantly they were very good at their job. Both old units and thermostat were removed and everything replaced in 1 day and the owner helped me figure out the new thermostat. They did everything they said they would, on time and at a price I was very impressed with. I highly recommend Air It Cool for any HVAC needs you may have. I know I won’t hesitate to use them again.

After a terrible experience with a company called Air Zone, Air it Cool was dispatched to a warrantee claim for my AC that was running, but the condenser fan was shutting off. For starters, they picked up the claim (on a Monday afternoon) after we pulled it due to lack of results (and shady actions) and Air It Cool picked it up quickly. They understood that we had a bad experience with Air Zone, and even though our appointment wasn't until Wednesday, they pushed us up and arrived Tuesday morning, much to our delight. The problem was an easy fix, and not only did the tech fix it, and check everything else, while doing so, he showed us how we can better maintain our system for better performance. Our unit is wired differently from systems I have had in the past, so even though I was doing what I could, he taught us the specifics of our unit. As a first time home owner, this knowledge is worth its weight in gold, and we could not be more appreciative of Air it Cool and the Tech they sent to us. Thank you!

Yandro and his crew really saved the day. My AC went out and I had heard horror stories of how expensive they are. Air it Cool came in better than expected with a fair price and had my new AC system up and running within a day.

Phenomenal company! Had Yandro and team install a minisplit A/C/heat pump combo in my gym in my outdoor building! Quick, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and the price was really good! Would highly recommend for your A/C needs!

I could not be more disappointed with this company. They installed a brand new HVAC unit for the previous homeowners last year. Shortly after buying the house mold began growing on the supply box of the indoor unit. I had another company come out who informed me that the unit was not installed correctly and we were losing air all around the supply box causing condensation and mold. They recommended having the installer (Air it Cool) come out to fix their mistake since rebuilding the supply box would be about $600. When I finally got them out here, they did a sloppy job and it still has condensation and water running down the front of the unit. Right after they left, the unit stopped working completely. We called them and they refused to come back out without charging me and it wouldn’t have even been same day. I was told “just because we touched it last, doesn’t mean we broke it”. Umm yea you did. I was then called “an uneducated homeowner” because I didn’t know where the drain is on the system. So unprofessional and rude. I had to have another company come out that night and do an emergency visit because it was 86° in my house and climbing. The second company informed me that due to fixing some of the air leak, it changed the static pressure in my system which allowed water to back up in the safety switch. They repositioned the drain pipes so there was a trap to prevent that from happening. Took them about 10 minutes and they were so kind and professional. I will still have to pay someone to come out and properly fix the condensation problem. Air it Cool should have stood behind their work and offered to come out and assess the problem they clearly caused instead of attempting to make me feel bad that I am not an HVAC professional and shift blame. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shoddy work and absolutely rude.

We came back from vacation to both of our older AC units failing - no fun in the summer. We got a referral from a contractor friend and called Yanda right away. He came out explained what needed to be done, answered my questions in a way that made me feel educated about my options, and had someone starting the repair work same day - saving us significant money from other quotes we received. He and his technician were respectful of our home, made recommendations to help us gain efficiency, and did an all around excellent job. We highly recommend having them come out to assist with your HVAC needs.
