Air It Cool installed our new AC system in 2017. They were prompt and very professional. The owner came himself to see the previous system and noted that the two components were not compatible. He handled this and had his crew of 4 here the next morning to install both components. They have followed up with us a couple of times to make certain that we are completely satisfied. I had a whole new AC unit installed a little over a year ago. Saturday it broke down. I had a two year labor warranty on the unit but when they came out this morning to make the repair they tried to charge me $150 for a service call and for the labor to install the bad part. I paid the service call fee even though I should not have. It's unbelievable that this company is willing to lose 20 years of service in the future over a repair that was supposed to be completely covered under their warranty.

Yandro and his team have been our GoTo A/C company for over 10+ years!! They are quick to respond and have always corrected any issues we may have had!! Highly recommended!!

I've been using Air it Cool for years. They are always on time and professional. Had a lightning storm knock out one of my units yesterday. They came by same day, diagnosed the problem, had the parts on hand, and fixed it for a reasonable cost. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Air it cool definitely the best company to work with for all of your HVAC system needs. My job is mold remediation, every job I have done is tested by industrial hygienist. Air and swab samples are taken. They have never failed a test. The guys are always on time very clean and the customer is always happy when they leave. If there was a six star in this review they would most definitely get it. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much guys and keep up the good work.

First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I should let others know to stay away from this company. They sent a technician to my house to replace a broken AC compressor, but an incorrect type of compressor was put in. The system would run continuously and never stop. I called them and that same tech came out again, assuring me that system is all good. But the system runs 24/7. I called them again, and never heard back from them, ever. I called a different AC vendor, and was told the compressor installed is not compatible for my system. They installed another compressor, and now it works properly. During the 3 weeks that the system run continuously, my electric bill went from $200 to $320.
In summary: A very very bad company, non-professional, never answer the phone, incompetent techs. Please do yourself a favor, and avoid this company, even if they offer free services.

We called Air It Cool on a Friday morning because of a problem with an AC unit in our rental. I shared my renter’s contact so that they could communicate with her directly. I get a text an hour later with a very happy renter because they came and fixed the unit immediately. It turns out the capacitor had gone bad; they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It’s nice to find an honest and reliable company to work with.

I notice my A/C system is taking a long time to kick in even when temperature is set at 70 degree. I placed a warranty called and within 24 hours I was scheduled with an appointment. Tech/Frank came out and found that the A/C condenser fan motor need to be replace. Frank came back with new part within 24 hours to replaced. Frank is did good quality work and he was professional. Awesome guy! Thank you!

Awesome service. They came next day and did not disappoint. Walked us thru what they were doing and gave us some options if needed that wasn't as high as some other companies. Highly recommend this company for any A/C service needs.

I own a home , a business, I’m also a lead pastor of a local church and we also have a school , and we’ve dealt with many of the local air conditioning companies but when we contracted Air it cool , Yandro and his crew went far beyond what we expected! Their service is excellent their prices are the best we’ve found. We are very happy with them and we will continue using their services and we will refer them to everyone we know !! Choice Home Warranty company sent Air It Cool out to check why heat wasn’t working. Tech quickly diagnosed failed pressure switch and assured me it was an easy fix after approval by the warranty company. However, Air It Cool hasn’t submitted the diagnosis and won’t return phone calls, so we head into the weekend with no resolution and no heat. Also tried to overcharge on the service call rate and upsell other options. My experience doesn’t lead me to believe they are a very reliable or trustworthy company.

I Had a cooling problem with my unit recently, the very professional tech came and explained to me that my evaporator had froze up due to low on Freon, he found the leak right away and got my house cooling again as soon as possible. Super friendly, easy to deal with, and honest!! I would highly recommend Air It cool !! Look no further, give them a call you won’t regret it. 10 out of 10

On Fourth of July, our air conditioner went out. I called several companies and the guys from Air it cool came out. Thankfully, it was not an entire AC system. They had the parts and we were up and running within a few hours. Very highly recommended!

Air It Cool was there for me when no one else was. Florida heat isn’t for the weak. When no one else picked up on a Saturday night they were there within 30mins.
