This company has been our savior since we found them. We have a new home with a very undersized unit that caused us nothing but grief. Even to the point of backing up into our walls twice! James has been out numerous times coming to our rescue even when the 5 yr old Lennox unit died finally. He was out the same day with a brand new unit!
