This is something I hate doing but I feel I have to. I got the patio resurfaced like it was recommended last year and it came out great. The patio got cleaned on Tuesday and sealed friday do to weather. Which is fine. Weather in Florida is very unpredictable.

My issue is not with the quality of work but with the man in charge himself. As I stated Tuesday my patio got cleaned and Friday sealed. Due to a family emergency I had not really gotten a chance to check the work besides a quick look at the patio. Well Sunday my wife went out to the patio and noticed the water hose literally running. Not someone just didn't tighten it. I mean it was ON!!

So I text Bryan to see when it was probably left on. Needless to say I didn't get the reaction I was looking for. I thought I was pretty calm about it. I praised the work and the service. But raised am issue to try to figure out how long my water has been running. If you are a home owner you understand what a leaky toilet can do. Well what would you say to finding a hose running for anywhere between 3-5 days?

I actually have cameras outside my home. Bryan didn't know that. But the person who cleaned the patio was aware of it. So I was hoping for honesty as to who used it and who left it on. I got neither. I checked the video and I'm not posting the screen shots of that because it has people's faces in it.

Needless to say I know how long the water had been left on for and I'll be taking it off the bill. But more importantly I had hoped for a better reaction to my issue no matter what day it was. A simply apology would've been nice. But no I had to go through the video.

I WILL NOT AND CAN NOT recommend his service to anyone simple because if you have a problem. He doesn't care. Yes the work was great work. But I'm not happy with that reaction. Not one bit. Piss poor customer service. How would you react if you found out a worker at your home left your water running for 3-5 days? I thought my reaction was fairly calm.

Edited review. ... I actually tried to post the video to yelp and google. Neither would allow me due to the format or length of the data recorded. But I'm trying to post the pictures of our conversation here and google isn't allowing me again. And according to your text to me to your reply here there is 2 different stories. Boy I wish I didn't delete the video. I thought the issue was over.

As for the pictures of your employees faces. I asked them was it ok to post them and they posed for pictures. So not sure why that's an issue. And I was trying to help your business. No reviews on yelp. NOT many on google. You've been in business for how long? "Hhhhmmmm". Don't attack my character. AND be lucky the video is gone. BE VERY LUCKY!!!

I've never denied your service was excellent besides my water being left on, and yes I did take out the money from your payment. I shorted you about $20 which i felt was fair but once I got the bill. It kind of wasn't but my wife told me to be the bigger person and leave it be and enjoy my patio. So I did. Boy I wish I had the video now.

feel lucky the conversation with yiur employee is gone as well. I wouldn't want your potential customers to see those.

My patio looked great. I'll change the rating if that will make you happy. I wish you success and the best of luck. I will never do business with you again. 3 stars should do it. MY patio did look great but Poor customer service isn't forgiven.

Absolutely excellent! Experience from first call to finish project went smoothly. Added so much to the curb appeal of our home. The work was exceptional and they would not take payment until personally inspected by the owner. Great job, great company & great customer service.

They did an absolutely fantastic job with the brick-paver lanai AND carpet/tile on our new home purchase! Former owner had 2 cats and 2 dogs - after they cleaned... No allergies!! Keep up the great work guys.

Brian and his crew did a fantastic job on my pavers! There was a lot of attention to detail and I they did a great job avoiding getting sand/debris on my plants. I would highly recommend SurfaceSolve.

I used SurfaceSolve Cleaning and Sealing to clean my tile in the living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Once they were cleaned, they sealed the grout. Overall, the floors look awesome. We had Bryan clean, sand and seal our pavers on our driveway. They showed up on time and got to work right away. Just cleaning them looked so much better. They easily got all the mossy mold out of the crevices. Once they sealed them, the color of the pavers really came thru very nicely. We are very pleased and will absolutely call them in about 2 years.

We have used surface solve for rug cleaning and most recently paver sanding, and sealing.

They are honest, fair and credible. The workmanship exceeds expectations.

The papers came out absolutely amazing and really put the finishing touches on the pool deck.

It's been over 2 months since we had our floor tile grout (entire house is tiled), kitchen backsplash, and all bathroom tile grout sealed (this is new home construction) by SurfaceSolve and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! Job well done, SurfaceSolve! Now we're just waiting for our pavers to be appropriately "aged" to have them sealed as well.
