SurfaceSolve cleaned and sealed my home’s pavers earlier this month. I recently purchased a four year old home with pavers and this is my first experience with them. I have a driveway, walkway, lanai and front porch and each area is separate and distinct.

I reached out to four services for consultation and quotes. Bryan visited in person and invested time explaining pavers to me. He described them in general, assessed mine in terms of quality and current condition, and proposed a plan. He explained different approaches and materials. He gave me options and explained the implications. I chose SurfacePro because of his investment in time to study the project and explain it to me. Bryan is a specialist, devoted to cleaning and sealing pavers. He has a passion for doing things correctly. I heard it in his tone and description of prior work. I told my wife “I met the Paver Whisperer, today”. I can’t think of attributes more important than expertise and passion when you’re hiring contractors.

The team arrived on time, set up, and methodically went about cleaning and sealing. I was informed of what preparation I needed to do (very little) and what I had to do after the team left (very little). SurfacePro was in and out in one day.

A week has passed. The pavers are clean and sealed. The difference is noticeable in terms of appearance (MUCH better) and I’m confident about maintenance and caretaking going forward. My pavers will look better and will last longer.

Bryan Cannon, the owner, is a true professional. My pavers look better than new. Bryan thoroughly cleaned all the pavers then applied three coats of sealer. This left the pavers with a sheen but not shiny. Exactly what I asked for. It was not cheap but the result was worth the price I paid. As a result, I have decided to have Surfacesolve clean and seal my pavers once a year at a reduced price to keep them looking really nice.

To put it in one word; wonderful! My experience with SurfaceSolve was pleasant and professional from beginning to end. Brian came out and gave me a quote for stripping the coping around my pool, pressure washing all my pavers and sealing them. He provided a very detailed explanation of the process he would use including the sealer and even agreed to replace one of the pavers that had a defect. The pricing was fair and reasonable.

The two gentleman that came out to do the work could not have been nicer or more professional. They explained what they were doing along the way and actually ended up replacing two of my pavers as well.
The end product of their work is beautiful! My pavers look better than they did when they were first installed. I love spending time on my lanai once again!

Surface Solve cleaned and resealed our travertine lanai and front porch, driveway and walkway pavers. They were able to schedule promptly, provide a fair price for services and arrived on two occasions exactly when they said they would. They cheerfully moved furniture and potted plants they were too heavy for us to remove before work was initiated. We highly recommend.

Surface Solve did a great job!! They cleaned & resealed travertine pavers on our Lanai.. The surface is very smooth but has enough texture to help it not be slippery when wet. Bryan is very knowledgeable & professional.

We purchased a home that had a dirty paver pool deck that needed cleaning, re-sanding, and sealing. Amazing experience with Bryan and his crew! Super great job cleaning/re-sanding/sealing our outdoor brick areas (Old Chicago bricks). They look so great now! Chose the sealer with the most shine and couldn't be happier. The colors are so much more rich and the "sheen" is just right -- not glossy, not dull. Perfect!

In the same job, they also cleaned a couch and cleaned/sealed a marble countertop.
Couch: fabulous -- cleaned great and did not leave us with a damp couch that would run the risk of getting that dreaded musty smell.
Marble top treatment: New top that we wanted to get sealed now before any staining might occur. He even got out what we thought was a scratch from installation but turned out to just be a thin bead of glue or something on the surface.
Bryan and his crew really know what they're doing and are able to answer any questions about whatever you are considering having done very knowledgeably.

Bryan was very helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating on our timelines. We had multiple furniture deliveries scheduled and he responded quickly to sealing our tile before any of the furniture arrived. He then worked around our furniture deliveries to seal the pavers on our driveway too. Both look great and priced reasonably. Would recommend for both services.

Surface Solve and Bryan are awesome! Due to the last storm, we had some minor water damage at the office that would have turned into major water damage if Surface Solve had not responded as fast as they did. Not only did he take care of the water, but he made the rest of the carpet in our office look brand new as well.
