Reviews of local pros in Valrico, Florida

Surface Solve sealed our new back patio and front porch pavers. The price was fair and the end result was perfect!
I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get their pavers sealed.
Bryan is a pro and I knew from our first conversation that I had picked the right company for the job.

We had to have a few travertine pieces replaced on our firepit recently. I contacted Bryan whose company did the initial sealing when we had the the firepit and patio built last October. He was able to accommodate us even though the job was not a huge project for him. The results were excellent. Thank you Bryan and your crew!!

I always appreciate Brian and Surface Solve cleaning and sealing my pavers. They are over 30 30 years old and look new! He went above and beyond and gave advice in controlling future weed growth. Significant discount for repeat customers! Well worth it!

I can’t recommend Sayde Cleaning Service enough! They go above and beyond expectations, especially for my uncle who has dementia and is very particular. They took time to verify what he wanted done and made sure he was 100% satisfied. They were patient and understanding when he’d get in the way and interfere. Thank you and we will definitely use them again!!

Highly recommend Sayde Steeves Cleaning Service, Inc. Their team handles everything from small detail-oriented cleaning jobs to large commercial projects with the same level of professionalism and care. What really stands out is their attention to detail — they don’t cut corners and make sure the job is done right the first time. Reliable, responsive, and hardworking team that truly takes pride in their work. If you’re looking for a company that can scale to your needs while still delivering quality service, this is the one to call.

Best cleaning service in Tampa!

Love Sayde. She does amazing work and is very thorough.

Sayde and her team do amazing work and are a pleasure to work with.

Sayde did an excellent job giving my home a deep clean! She’s so personal, even my kids were excited to see her come back.

Sayde is an energizer bunny! She goes, goes, goes until the job is great! She is honest, straightforward, and reliable. She loves to tackle a challenge and cares about her customers!

Sayde did construction clean up for our cottage. She went above and beyond all our expectations! I've never had a cleaning service that was so thorough and efficient in the Tampa area.I highly recommend Sayde Steeves for any cleaning needs!

I asked Sayde to come and clean my rental property between tenants. She found areas I didn't even realize were dirty. She is extremely thorough, and she takes great pride in her work. Highly recommended!

Sayde exudes joy and is very flexible !! Currently, I am 9 months pregnant so she has been a HUGE help and works quickly. She is also eager to help with a variety of projects! So glad we found her :)

After several failed attempts to find a cleaning service we found Sayde from one of her yard signs in a neighbors yard. What a blessing.
She is always on time. (Very important to me). She is very organized, cleans everything including places we didn't think to tell her about. She is always smiling and upbeat. She always reminds us by text a day or two before her scheduled day. She always texts us when she is on her way to our house. We consider her a valued friend as well as a trusted server.
You won't find a better service.

I decided in Nov 2023 that I needed a cleaning service. I meant Sayde at an RGA meeting that she leads. I decided to hire her and I feel blessed. She is high energy and does an incredible job cleaning my house. She is on time and SO GOOD at what she does. She loves to clean. The house sprinkles, shines and smells so good when I get home. I highly recommend Sayde.

Sayde is amazing. We are moving into a 3200 sq foot home and wanted a completely fresh start. She cleaned top to bottom before we moved in, including wood floors throughout the house. My wife was very happy with the detailed work she did but also the things she pointed out that mostly cleaners would not have caught. The you Sayde!!

Sayde is an absolute gem. She is very thorough and professional with everything. We wanted a deep clean before moving into our new home. She examined our home and pointed out things that we did not realize that needed cleaning. Our house looks spotless and so new after the cleaning. We are very excited to move in without any worries.

Thank God for Sayde. She is helping friends with health challenges. She went above & beyond for them. They just love her. She is very thorough.

Sayde completed my home cleaning today and it was probably the best cleaning I’ve had. I so appreciate her and her attention to detail.
