The technician that serviced our air conditioning system was very professional. He did an outstanding job!!

I needed to install a new faucet in my kitchen. Normally, I do the installation myself. But, when I tried to remove the old faucet, I couldn't. It was rusted in place and wouldn't budge. So, I decided to call a professional thinking he must have more knowledge and better tools than me. I figured it would probably cost about $250 to $300 to install the new faucet which I had already purchased. The plumber came the next day and did a fine job of removing the old faucet and installing the new one. So, why am I giving only 2 stars? It cost a whopping $567. It took him about an hour and 15 minutes. I was shocked at how much they charged. I would have never agreed to it but I was in a position where I had no choice. We just didn't have the time to shop around while not having the use of the kitchen faucet. They did a good job but I feel that the cost was way over the top.

Carter installed our new tankless hot water heater and a recirculating bridge to give us more immediate access to hot water. We are so impressed with Carter and Venice Heating and Cooling. He was efficient, answered any questions, and always worked with a smile. Highly recommend!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful with my plumbing project! The tech was a very nice guy that was able to provide insight to the issue I was having. The company sends you appointment reminders and even gives live ETA updates when the tech is headed to your appointment. Great company, 1st and only choice going forward!

Love the text with employees names and pictures so we know who to look for at our home. They will be my go to for any HVAC & plumbing services. Thrilled to support a local, really good company in Sarasota County!!

couldn't get the company I usually go with they had no time for me too busy.Arnold from Venice Cooling and Heating came right out and had the problem solved and fixed even though it was raining out so glad I found a company that even when there all booked up would still show up. The maintenance guy, Donald was outstanding in explaining what he was doing and why. He was thorough in his exam of our system and made realistic recommendations for upgrades/improvements. And he was completely professional and a nice guy.

Jim and I were in a difficult situation with another air conditioning company that after their installation just 10 months prior, the Englewood based company wouldn’t be able to repair our new appliance for up to six weeks? We started the night before the new installation with Andrew and the very next morning we had Justin and his partner installed are new air conditioner. We really feel like we were listened to and valued.

Awful frustrating and really upsetting experience. I NEEDED THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT CLEANED to get it running again. No diagnostic needed just a maintenance ahead of schedule. Less than 2 months after my first service the air conditioner was not working. Needed to have a good cleaning. I was charged for a diagnostic and for cleaning $430 !!!!. When I first had a cleaning and NO CONTRACT I paid $109 !!! I didn't want anything replaced or added just a good cleaning as I have done in the past 5 years. I have a tenant which is the first time and I had to get the air conditioning up and running. Over the past 5 years this has been a guaranteed issue in the summer months. My home watch would call the company which I was contracted to and get them to make an extra call to clean and I was charged an extra maintenance service not emergency or diagnostic. Charge was always the contract price $85 with my last company. I EXPRESSED THIS TO VAUGHAN AT LEAST 6 TIMES OVER AND OVER WHY COULD HE NOT GIVE IT A GOOD CLEANING AND SUCK OUT THE BLOCKAGE. HIS REPLY IT COULD NOT BE REACHED. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT IN 5 YEARS BY MY PREVIOUS COMPANY.

My technician was professional and respectful. He efficiently resolved my issues, while patiently answering all my questions. Aside from their efficient work, they are available for emergencies 24/7. I highly recommend this company.
