We had a problem we started our heater this winter and I got immediate service from the team. I called when the work was done so I could speak to the technician and he was very considerate and thorough with his explanation of what went wrong. The issue was related to my building wiring, now I can put a plan in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

He came for maintenance and did great. Found some other issues which I will have taken care of. But the best part is he loved my puppy and put up with her while trying to work.

Scott came to give me a free estimate on replacing air ducts in my home. He arrived on time was incredibly knowledgeable on many aspects of work still needing to be done after 2 hurricanes hitting my home. I was truely impressed by his genuine honesty concerning not only the air ducts but helping me understand some very technical details. Thank you scott

I had Venice Cooling & Plumbing service my 18 year old air conditioner today. It was my first experience using this company. Austin was the technician and he spent about two hours going over and servicing this very old (but working) system. He did a great job. He found a couple of issues that we’ll need to address in the next few months. He was thorough and very professional as he reviewed the state of my A/C system with me. He offered me their monthly service contract. I declined at this time and he was not pushy at all. I highly recommend Austin and Venice Cooling & Plumbing for your A/C needs!!

Jeff arrived right on time, was both friendly and polite. He did a thorough check on our HVAC which wasn't working properly. Then gave us a good report on his findings. Fee for the service was very reasonable! I would not hesitate to recommend either Jeff or Venice Heating & Cooling.

Rob came out to connect our gas stove and did it fast like a pro. He tested everything to make sure there were no leaks and all worked. It was a small job and the price matched that, no big call-out or diagnostic charge. Very happy with their service and the price was great. I will use them again when needed.
