We were very pleased with our HVAC replacement from the very nice lady who answered the phone, to Andrew who quoted us, & to Juan Diaz who removed our old unit & installed a new unit. Great attention to detail and fine workmanship all the way around! Great job Venice Plumbing Heating & Cooling!! Highly recommend!

Arnold arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem with the AC unit within minutes and had the unit repaired and fully functioning in an hour. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him and Venice Cooling, Heating and Plumbing.

Rick was very professional and did a quick and tidy job! But the price was extremely high considering how quickly he corrected the problem.

Joe from Venice cooling and plumbing did a quick and thorough job on my sink. I had been working on getting unclogged for 2 days and he came in and within minutes he had it fixed and made sure to double up the efforts to ensure it drained smoothly!! Superb job!!

Polite and fast repair of a $60-70 contactor. However an additional $400 margin for job completed in 30 mins is a bit excessive.

A totally outrageous estimate for installation of a garbage disposal and kitchen and bathroom faucets! Almost $3000 and $109 just to get an estimate! We went with another company and the total was $815! We want our $109 back! Highway robbery!

Update! We got a reply to call so they could rectify the situation so I called. I was told O would get a call back. They never called back! What a surprise!

Not only did they charge $100 for an estimate that was ridiculously high for what we wanted quotes for, they never attempted to repair the leak and he told me the wrong source of the leak. Not welcome in our home again. We didn't have them complete any work.

Kelly was great. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He did our semi annual maintenance on our A/C and found it in good shape. Told us about your new system and the monthly charge. Sounds like it will make things easier with the AI feature. Highly recommend him and hope he is our technician in the future.

Arnold has been checking my heat and air conditioning system for years, ever since I’ve lived in Venice. He keeps it running at capacity. It’s old but still working just fine, thanks to Arnold’s expertise.

We have a new HVAC system, about a year old. Lost heat, system stopped running. Parts &labor covered under warranty but still being charged a service call fee of $109. Don’t feel that is right. We paid extra for the warranty & you’re still nickle & dimeing your customers.
Your repairman was very professional, polite & educated on what was wrong & trying to fixing the problem but has to order parts.
