I am very impressed Jackie came over early to give me an estimate and she actually turned my irrigation on and tested it and sent me an automated text message when they were on there way when they arrived and when they left I have had another company for a year and never got the communication I have gotten this morning

Irrigation system was not watering at all in some areas. And had insufficient pressure in all areas. A variety of causes were discovered by Dragonfly. And fixed quickly by the technician. It is working better now than it ever has. Our landscaping will thrive. !! Thank you

Quoted me a number i then called to try and get the cleanup number down because it was more than i pay for a lawn cleanup in long island NY, she explains that the grass was super high so i said okay fine ill go with it, when i accept the quote and set up a time/day for cuts they refunded my money and cancelled on me.... terrible business, and the owner jackie must have got mad about the haggling... guess what that is business.

Arrived on time analyzed the prob talked over solutions with me, we chose best solution. Gave me an estimate which was very good and when I said yes. He left got the parts he needed returned and had everything fix within an hour or so.
I would strongly recommend this company an if I need any additional work I will call them for sure.

Very impressed with this company. First time user and recommended by my neighbor. I was having issues with my lawn irrigation system.

The owner arrived promptly with a friendly smile and warm handshake. I needed an early morning visit and this was accommodated. I like working with local family owned companies and this was everything and more than I expected.

Reasonably priced, professional, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable…what more do you need?

Bottom of the barrel company right here, very uneducated about the industy they are in, they hire guys with no experience and then they come and tear up your landscape, dont waste your time, hire someone that will actually take pride in what they do cause its not these guys

Andy came to my house and fixed/adjusted all my sprinklers. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems. Would highly reccommend Dragonfly!

We are using DragonFly to upgrade our landscaping and provide lawn/irrigation maintenance. Carol, Jackie and the entire DragonFly team are awesome.

Kyle arrived before the scheduled time…which means he was on time. He took time to listen to the concerns and then spent time going through the system to come up with a plan. The estimate for the work was received within 2 hours of Kyle leaving and the price was very reasonable.

I would strongly recommend you find another company.
Not what they seem at all, seem nice & personable until after you pay and/or there's a problem.
Then not so nice & make false claims about dates & entire communications.
They do not stand behind their work.
A job that no less than 3 people have told us was shoddy & improperly done.
We were told by another gardener that
looked at it, whomever did the work should come fix the irrigation & drip line that was not done correctly in the first place.
They never came to inspect the job when it was finished to make sure it was done correctly, or any follow-up ever nor would they fix it after I called & let them know we're having lots of problems only 1 year later.
They stated it was done correctly & it was done a long time ago & we would have to pay more for them to do anything else.
How would they know it was done correctly? They've never even seen it.
They did send eventually their son after 4 calls & lots of runaround that stated he's a carpenter by trade & knows nothing about landscaping or irrigation, he still knew enough though to clearly see that the dripline shouldn't have been laid like it was.
He told me he was going to get a shovel from his truck & he left.
Shortly after that is when I recieved my text telling me they weren't going to do anything more without us paying more.
We paid thousands of dollars for a watering system, we are physically unable to water just last year that is not working & questionable where & if it is even in some of the areas it's supposed to be.
Apparently no blueprint was ever made.
My husband is a disabled veteran, we are both retired on a fixed income.
We will have to pay somebody else to fix their work.
We can't do anything about how they've treated us but tell of our experience with this company.

We have been using Dragonfly for over a year and Jackie and Scott and staff have exceeded our expectations. They communicate every step of the way if the weather is bad they make sure to send you a text and they come out promptly when the weather is clear

They did a fantastic job clearing some very thick grass and brush around my large property fencelines. Owners are great and very fair pricing. Their worker Dre busted his butt and cleaned everything up so nicely!

We contacted this company for an estimate to get our currently installed irrigation system operational. It merely needed a new pump and to test the lines. They came out, were friendly, looked over the piping system and other items related to the irrigation and gave an estimate for $1,866.81. While expensive, we knew we had new grass coming by summer and so we decided to proceed. As the work began, we were invoiced in segments. March 31st, $75. May 2nd $1,045.00, and then July 12th $863, for a total of $1,983.00. I was a bit annoyed though, because the original estimate was for connecting to the irrigation well, which they couldn't get going, so to save money I had them connect to the city water line above the surface. So with less work than the estimate called for, they still billed me $116.19 above the original estimate. Despite coming in over budget, we understood that sometimes, there are unforeseen items that can surface, so we gave them a pass and ordered a few thousand dollars worth of grass to arrive, since the only thing remaining was the irrigation pump which would arrive in days after we paid the last installment. Suddenly, no one calls, and no updates, so I reach out because the grass arrived the following day. Then suddenly I get an estimate for $3,244.49. I emailed Carol Story and asked what the heck that was about, thinking she mixed me up with someone else. She then tells me it was my new estimate. I was completely blown away and asked for an explanation. She then told the most outrageous B.S. lie I have ever heard, saying that all the pipes in the yard needed to be torn out of the ground and replaced. This is after all of the pipes, heads, and connectors were already water tested 3 month prior, which I paid for, and they all did fine. There was no mention of this until all my grass arrived and I was held hostage. I politely asked for a zero balance letter and told them I would reach out later. In reality, I fired these con artists on the spot and had someone else finish the job for the cost of the new pump, which dragonfly never sent, and had someone else connect it to the system (pump and connection totaled $650). So basically with Dragonfly I was charged nearly $2000 to simply water test the lines and well and connect a single pipe to the above ground water line, which would normally cost a few hundred dollars. Do NOT hire these people, they cannot be trusted.

This company is becoming a scam. My household used to use this business until they said they are not doing residential anymore. That was fine. What is not fine is when they stopped coming in October, we are now continuing to be charged in January and March. They never answer their phones so we can’t discuss the issue personally. I had to go through my bank to sort this out. To which this company is now denying the claim with our bank and this charge still is coming out of our account. The owner told us it was a technical issue and we would be refunded. But they are denying this with my bank. This company is charging our card and the owner is aware of this issue and she is not doing anything to fix it. I personally do not recommend this company as they are a scam just trying to grab any money they can. And yes you don’t know my first name, but you know my household and are aware of this situation. Thank you.

I’m so glad I approached the man in Harbor Freight to ask about his business! It was Scott the owner. I needed weeding and mulching. His wife and daughter came to my house gave me an estimate and some great conversation and I was set to go! The Team came out headed by ZOE . They had the freshest BLACKEST MULCH I’ve ever seen!! Weeded my beds placed the mulch and to say I’m in Heaven Over it is an understatement! What a professional job! Thank you so much.
