It’s called Creative because they’re so creative at IGNORING YOU AND NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR PROPERTY AND COMMUNITY. Our HOA is firing them and going with a new company that cares about their service and not their EBITDA

Creative destroyed many of the lawns in our development and then we have to pay them to re-sod which is more $ in their pockets. They don’t follow an annual program to prevent insects and fungus.

We have been customers for 8 months, however no longer.

I dont even know where to begin...

The yard techs do not know how to weedeat, from the beginning it was apparent and I asked them not to weedeat close to my very fragile, collectable, sentimental plumeria trees in my back yard. Some times they would some times they wouldn't. I came home last week to one completely cut down by the weedeater. The tree was a gift from my deceased mother and getting ready to bloom on every tip for the very first time.
I even asked for them to give me a quote on making a mulch bed around my special trees, so they wouldn't have to go near them with the weedeater, which never came. I was given excuse after excuse why they could not come give me a quote.

Fire ants were never under control, in 7 months of complaining. Hired Masseys and they were gone in 1 treatment.

Left our gates open more times than not, despite repeated requests to please check them before they leave.

They also oversprayed along the driveway and killed a large portion of the yard, which they did resod and make right.

This week I was notified while away on vacation, there was too much dog feces (in the back yard feced area) and they would not be mowing. They didn't even mow the front where the dogs DO NOT EVER GO. I live in a strict HOA and my yard can not go over a week in growing season without being mowed.

We have had 3 dogs the entire time we have been customers and nothing has ever been mentioned that it was an issue. Just left high and dry with sorry we can't mow this week. If it was an issue, that's fine, but LET US KNOW before hand and not just leave us hanging for a service we paid for!

Also if it rains on your mowing day. They will not reschedule for that week.

However the quality of work is extremely poor and careless. The area supervisor was out to our place several times and was shocked at the quality of what was being done. Said our yard was scheduled for an hour. They would be there less than 20 minutes.

BE WARNED DO NOT HIRE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOU HOME LAWN. They care more about commercial, volume, and speed.

I have nothing but good words to say about this company. We have been doing business for several years now. They have always been on point in every aspect of our property. The attention to detail is amazing. We use them to do anything from irrigation, lawn maintenance, paver repairs, major landscape projects , tree trimming, stump removals, and much more. Any time i call to get a project quoted, I have someone here rather quickly and will have a written estimate in a day or two. They are always polite and friendly. I've had to call for some emergency situations and had someone out rather quickly for repairs. If weather is bad on their scheduled day, they will work us in to complete their duties on property on other days that are better. If we have a whole week of bad weather, They will come the next week and spend more time on every inch of the property to ensure that all plants are still healthy and thriving as we are on a beach front location and the salty air can be a real burden sometimes. They are really knowledgeable about the plants and trees and keep our property looking great! I highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs. If your beach front or inland, they can keep your property looking great!!

Extremely professional, kind and did phenomenal work. Met the owner at my home when he stopped by to evaluate their work and was extremely nice and helpful, even saw him helping his crew and helping them mow and trim my property. Will definitely continue using them and telling people to do the same.

Premier Landscaping handles our development-wide lawn and plantings maintenance so when I needed have some spring cleaning, extra trimming and application of mulch I got them to do the work. The did a fine job and I know if I need them, they are here.

They show up at 7am with a completely full debris truck. I’m assuming from the day before which makes you think how could they fit more ???? Well they don’t . These guys work in my neighborhood through the HOA . The place always looks like shit. They are extremely lazy.

Great team to work with! We had extensive landscaping done and were quite happy. Lost a few plants and a tree, but it was resolved quickly. We recommend them for your landscaping needs.

I needed a dollar weed problem addressed and there was a truck there on the same day. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and courteous. He sprayed the backyard area and may need to spray one more time at no extra charge. Hopefully the problem will be resolved.
