Very knowledgeable very punctual and very very reasonable and friendly helpful taught me stuff about my new AC unit spent a little extra time with me I would highly recommend use of this outfit in the future and they will be doing all of my service and replacement if needed in the future.

Advanced Air Conditioning and Heat is a great business. Phil the owner was very polite on the phone and was able to get a technician out to my home in a timely manner. Jay was amazing very kind and knowledgeable in his trade and got my issue solved in no time. No more baking in the heat for us thanks to them. My husband and I obtained quotes from three different heating and air conditioning companies and chose Advanced Air to install our new system. We chose them because they provided an extremely detailed and thorough quote and gave us the specific reasons for each of the recommendations made for our home. Phillip was our initial contact and after the mandatory home visit to inspect our current system, he explained, in detail, what would transpire in the installation of a new system and what was necessary for us to benefit from a $2000 federal tax credit. Phillip and his staff were professional and highly competent answering all our questions in a very timely manner. Equally important was that the cost of our new system was very competitive and fair. We would definitely recommend Advanced Air if you’re in need of a new heat and AC system and the ensuing years of service.

I was the potential victim of a upsell from another AC company. Thankfully, I called Advanced AC. The repair that was quoted as 1845.00 was done by Advanced for $785. AC back up and running fine. The other company wanted to sell me another AC unit for. $11K because my AC was in need of replacement (12 yrs old) instead of paying the $1845 for a repair. Needless to say, I will be using Advanced AC from now on.

I am their biggest fan now! Great workmanship, honest people, great explanations and documentation of what happened, they recommend stuff that lasts, and they are very competitive in pricing, especially for the quality if the install. I love the clean out and the shut offs, just that attention to detail for long term maintenance. Best A/C company I have ever used, they made a customer for life.

On time and they cleaned the premises after themselves leaving it like they were never there. From the beginning, removing the old units till the end after acquiring the final inspection, I am very, very satisfied with the installation.

Best company in town first time they took care of my problem not only that gave an extra cleaning second time here replace thermostat and told me all the problems with the heat. They have always been very kind when calling to schedule a service, I enjoyed speaking with Mr Brantley and scheduling he's always very kind. Dakota has been my service man now twice and wow what a wonderful man he is, very polite very very thorough with his job explains everything. They will be my AC service until I leave this state.

Ofcourse my system went out and in this Florida summer I needed a company to come out ASAP and get my system working again. Bates came out the same day, got my system working within an hour and was very fair on pricing. Shoutout to Bates for taking care of me!

Brad was a very knowledgeable technician. He went to work immediately and finished in a timely manner. I asked him several questions to help me understand what he was doing. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I enjoyed talking with Brad while he was at our home and I would recommend him to anyone.

John is an excellent technician that treats you like family!! The quality of customer service provided alleviates some of the stress that an emergency AC call out brings. We have used Bates three times now and I can honestly say it’s a no brainer on who to call when we’re having an issue.
