We purchased a $30,000 total AC system including new ductwork from Air Docs 6 months ago. Their rep, Joe, came out several times and was very diligent in getting the sale. The system was supposed to be more efficient than our older system. However, our July, August and September AC bills were 50% higher than last year even though average Vero temperatures were lower for those same months in 2024. Tried to get help from Joe and he was not helpful at all. Simply wanted to get me off the phone and "call the office". Another service rep came out but could find nothing wrong. Very unhappy with the end results and follow up.

The customer service is fantastic setting up appointment with all the details. The Tecnichian was very kind, knowledgeable and hard working. He took his time, answered all my questions and even gave me tips on conserving even more energy around my house. I am very happy with Air Docs and plan to use them yearly from now on!

I have used Air Docs for all my air-conditioning needs. They have replaced 2 of my units as well as perform maintenance 2 times a year. All of the technicians have been professional, friendly as well as keeping work areas neat and clean.

Had a new air conditioner installed by Air Docs and the whole experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Joey, Damkn and Tyler were very professional, respectful and hard workers. Just over a month ago I needed to change my HVAC system and man I am so happy I called Air Docs of Treasure Coast. From the initial free consultation with Joe to the very first check up they have exceeded every expectation I had. The install was done in one day and the crew was phenomenal. A two day install done in one day, and without taking any shortcuts. I decided to go with the top of the line system they offer because of my family dealing with allergies and to minimize operating cost. As they say “the proof is in the pudding” I was paying over $400 dollars a month in energy bill and my bill is now just a little over 200. Yep, the savings alone paid for this system just in case you were wondering.

Today has been the second service I get from a 10yr package and I must say Mr. Joe professionalism and expertise is refreshing in this business. He takes great care of my system and is always a pleasure having around. Because of this service they will forever gain my business. Thanks Joe

Air Doc's was a great and easy experience, helpful, and the communication was excellent. The crew was very friendly and thorough. If you don't give them a call you will be calling the wrong company. I can't say enough about them.

Josh promptly came to our home and checked our A/C. He explained the issues and we determined that we would replace the complete air conditioning system.
Three days later Tyler and Duane showed up early and completed the install. Both guys barely even took a break.

Had a problem with our thermostat after newly installed a/c units and Josh Coburn showed up ahead of scheduled appointment.Fixed problem explained what happened and took time to help navigate through new thermostat and app. Hats off for 5 plus service Always dependable always professional always on time …. I recently had Air Docs install a brand new A/C system in my home and couldn't be happier ! The entire company was fantastic . The office staff was always friendly and courteous. Tommy came to my home and reviewed the best system for my home and budget . He was very nice and knowledgeable . Brad came out when my old system finally broke for good . He tried everything to try to bring it back to life. Once he knew it was dead, he quickly installed a window A/C unit to cool my bedroom down, so we could sleep . After a couple of days, I called the office to ask if they could bring out a 2nd window A/C for my sons room . Within 30 minutes, a technician named Gage came out to install it for me ! He was also very nice and friendly.
The day of my new install, three technicians came and work extremely hard in the boiling attic . Rob, Ash and Burt were all FANTASTIC ! All of them were polite and very knowledgeable. They even worked through their lunch break to make sure the job was completed the same day .
I can't say enough great things about this company . I am a painting contractor in Vero Beach, so I have dealt with many other A/C companies on job sites . NONE of them compare to the 5 star service of AIR Docs ! I highly recommend this company .

Air Docs came to our rescue when our air handler kept backing up with water. After a thorough investigation, it was determined the air handler (installed by a different company) was not level and water was backing up in the back of the pan, creating a disgusting bacteria. The drainage line was installed incorrectly not to mention numerous other issues! John arrived on time and worked meticulously to reinstall the air handler and build out support for it. John was very informative and respectful throughout the day! Awesome job Air Docs!

Service was great. Met with Josh he was on time knowledgeable very helpful with selecting the right product for my home. The installation was smooth and finished on time with great results. Wish I had before and after pictures to show workmanship. Very pleased with AirDocs performance from office service and techs. Highly recommend them if needing service or AC replacement.

I recently had my old AC unit replaced by Air Docs Heating & Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the initial quote to the final installation, everything was smooth and professional.
Today, when the unit stopped cooling properly, I called around 2:30, and by 4:00 the technician, Tristen, was at my door. He quickly found a blockage, cleared it out and took the time to show me how to prevent it from happening again by flushing the line regularly.
