We love 24/25 cleaners. We have been using their recurring service for a few months now and love it. Everything feels so clean and fresh.

The cleaner did an excellent job for my move out cleaning. She was very nice and worked around the movers who had arrived late for the pickup.

The cleaning was fine(5 stars), but they need to improve their punctuality(2stars) and internal communication(1star)

I scheduled the service on a Friday for Tuesday at 9:00 AM, (time and day they offered me) On Monday, I was informed that the person would arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 AM (I wish they had communicated this range on Friday). On Tuesday, I was told the person would be arriving between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. The cleaner finally arrived at 10:45 AM, almost 2 hours later than the original 9:00 AM time.

The cleaner left at 12:45 PM, two hours after arriving, but I was still charged for three hours, effectively paying for an hour of waiting and the 3 hour minimum they offer

Regarding the service itself, they provided both a PDF and a sms message listing areas that could be cleaned, with fewer options in the message. I filled out both in advance, specifying what I wanted to be cleaned. However, when the cleaner arrived, she asked what needed to be done, despite the information I had already provided. This indicates poor internal communication.

I also asked the company if the cleaner could see what I had filled out (the PDF and message)and they told me yes she has that info, but some areas I requested, like windows and the microwave, were ignored. I know it’s not entirely her fault, so when she asked if everything was fine, I said yes and let her leave. However, given the delays and communication issues, I won't be requesting this service again.

I hope they improve their planning and streamline the process for specifying cleaning areas. It would be better to keep just the PDF and request the client to fill it out, as having a message with fewer options than the PDF for the same service is confusing.

Had this company for years with nothing but problems. Paid them to remove nuisance plants, the plant ended up returning the following season. Got run around on its removal and now they’re trying to absolve themselves of blame. They also broke a sprinkler line in the process and didn’t tell us.

Recently they’ve left our gates wide open after service. Our pets have escaped twice due to their negligence. That was the final straw. Absolute trash of a company.

I made the best decision when I decided to hire Royalty Lawn & Landscaping to change my front landscaping. Not only did they listen to my request, they provided me with additional information and options. They put in new plants, removed the old ones, mulched, trimmed the remaining bushes, fixed my irrigation and did it all with a smile. They were professional and personable. I would highly recommend them.

These guys really know what they’re doing. The office is quick to respond to all calls and emails and I haven’t been blown off once by them.

Terrible. Cut lawn to short which ripped up lawn. Trimmed shrubs. but never picked up clippings. Would not recommend.

I highly recommended royalty purely for their customer service and responsiveness which is extremely hard to find these days. Whenever we have a question or concern it is answered and addressed within hours. Can't beat it!

Royalty put French drains on both sides of our house. Professional, reasonably priced, and great outcome.
